Mike and his crew were wonderful to work with! Our experience started with me calling the 24hr…read moreline on a Saturday at 10:30pm. To my surprise someone actually answered the phone! That someone was Mike Powers. From our very first conversation I could tell that Mike really cared about his customers. He listened to all of my concerns regarding the toxic mold we had in our home, and really made me feel like he cared about me, and my family's concerns and safety. He addressed my concerns promptly coming out that Monday to give and estimate and evaluate the situation. By Tuesday he and his crew were back to tackle the problem. We gave them full access to our home while we stayed at a hotel, and I am happy to say that all of our personal belongings remained fine and intact. The best part of it all...when we had our next air test, all of the toxic mold was gone!! They were able to eliminate it all...something that another local company tried to do, but was unsuccessful in their efforts. I would highly recommended Mike and his crew.
