I am VERY IMPRESSED! . We used these guys to clean up a condo that was occupied by a person who suffered from a mental condition called hoarding. The place was a complete mess. Every last inch of the place needed to be scrubbed and disinfected, and we just knew it was beyond our capability to clean this condo up for the next person or persons who'd be moving in. Tom, the owner of PuroClean, said he was familiar with hoarding, and ensured us that his team was trained to deal with such a situation. Long story short, Tom and his team did in one day what would have taken me weeks to do. Actually, I take that back. I don't think I could have done this, period. First of all, I didn't have the stomach for it. And second, I didn't have the sort of cleaning tools at my disposal that PuroClean did. Anyhow, Tom and his team got the place spic and span, and barring a fresh coat of paint to spruce up the walls, the place is ready for the next tenants to move in. Water overflowed in our upstairs bathroom and flooded, causing water to flow down the walls, through the ceiling and light fixtures downstairs. It was 7:00 p.m. on a Monday night when I called PuroClean Restoration Services - Tom Howard said he would be right over. He advised me what to do while he was in route to minimize the damage as much as possible. He arrived within 15 minutes and immediately got to work cleaning up the water and working on the damaged areas and furniture. Within 5 hours he had completed all of the initial work and left equipment in place to continue drying our spaces and flooring. Where others said they would have had to replace our wood floors, Tom was able to save them and remove very little material from our home, causing only a minimal amount of restoration work required. Within a few days all the work was complete. Tom was extremely professional and his work was of the highest quality. I have referred him to several friends who have had smoke or mold damage in their homes, and they have received the same excellent service and quality.
