That someone was Mike Powers. From our very first conversation I could tell that Mike really cared about his customers. He listened to all of my concerns regarding the toxic mold we had in our home, and really made me feel like he cared about me, and my family's concerns and safety. He addressed my concerns promptly coming out that Monday to give and estimate and evaluate the situation. By Tuesday he and his crew were back to tackle the problem. We gave them full access to our home while we stayed at a hotel, and I am happy to say that all of our personal belongings remained fine and intact. There are none because he didn't check for moisture under the house. The home was only dried from inside. Of course, being the person he is, I'm sure that he can fabricate those with ease.
