Today, they called and text me that they were on their way giving 10 minutes notice stating that, "Craig the owner of the franchise is on his way". We were unable to accommodate their time for the estimate and because the owner came out already and we weren't available, they will not work with us. The man on the phone stated that the owner can't be coming out, going in crawlspaces for free and having to wait around. I would not recommend wasting your time with this company or the owner, Craig. I will be happy to take my business elsewhere, as this is not how customers should be treated.

Brandt Strait in particular was always very apologetic but produced zero results. We stopped payment on the check, notified the insurance company, and moved on to another contractor. They walked me through every step of the process and I felt like they really were there to help! They came and did the work and led me to believe that they would also be handling the rebuild afterwards so I felt like I was in good hands. Once the mitigation was completed, I was told to contact Dan to talk about the rebuild process. He was busy when I called but told me he would get back to me the next day. After about 5 days I reached out to follow up only to be told that he was having issues with subcontractors and offered to connect me with one of his colleagues. He never did. And I haven't heard from him or Aquadry again, but they did manage to send out invoices in a timely manner and made sure the insurance check cleared first. The workers who did the mitigation, one in particular (Johnathan I think) were ok overall aside from Johnathan not showing up once or twice and not notifying me of any schedule changes, having me waiting around for them to show up. Disregarding me and my time. As well as trying to have personal conversations about my kids and marital status which made me very uncomfortable. Ultimately I was left with a mess that I had to find another contractor to clean up. They also lied about the day and time they actually started the project on the invoice they sent to my insurance company so they could charge a same day after hours fee. When in actuality they didn't start the job until weeks after they came out to give the estimate. Would not recommend
