They explained it's two brothers with one owning the respiration company Resto Pros and the other brother the construction part. Please do not use either company. They are real scam artists. I had water damage in my bathroom and Resto Pros gutted my whole bathroom. This was traumatizing. Then construction came and the rebuild was planned at most 2 weeks. 75 days later I was back in the home but the bathroom never was fully finished. They also did not do correct plumbing work in the shower which created more water damage I had to repair 14 months later. I saw this just 2 months after completed work, but they were unresponsive. Once they finally did respond they yelled, said they were not responsible, and cursed me out. The tile work is poor and there is still sitting water in the shower floor. After they completed my job they received an F rating with BBB. Please stay away from them and Resto Pros. They are in the game of scamming scared homeowners and insurance companies.

The phone numbers I have for IDS Property Solutions have been passed on to employees of Piedmont Construction Consultants. If this is truly the same company, under one or both of these owners, I would beware. This was a HORRIBLE experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone. I was told 6 weeks to complete the project from beginning to end. They had not even STARTED half of the project by that time. I was forced to live in a small, upstairs bedroom throughout the holidays. Even worse, it was the first thanksgiving and Christmas in my newly purchased home. I have hundreds of text messages, voicemails, photos, and conversations both before and after the name change. Yet, Mr. Blair has refused to respond at this point. Even if I can't get a favorable resolution out of this, I'm hoping I can save at least one more homeowner from enduring the agony of this company.

Sadly, at that point it was "baby bat season" and we had to wait about five weeks. On the second day it was legal Cory was out, sealed up the other places and installed the one-way door. Early the next morning we stood in the yard and watched the bats try to get back in the attic. THEY DIDN'T. Cory is awesome to work with. He explained what was going on, steps we needed to take, and then delivered. Had one company come out and tell us that we had major water damage behind the walls, under our floors and into our master bedroom which would cost us or our insurance thousands. Then had Scott from United Water Restoration Group come out and show us that we had absolutely NO high moisture readings in our walls or master bed. Only a small bit of moisture in the baseboard that we suspected. So glad we got a second opinion from these guys and that they were honest and so helpful, saved us thousands!
