I went for a regular checkup with Dr. Kaziyev and I was very happy with their office. The first thing that I took notice to was the doctor cleaning his equipment for a good 5 mins. I was pleasantly surprised to see the doctor himself take time out to do that. The office was very clean and nice. Staff was welcoming and I did not have to wait long at all. My appt was for 10 and I was taken in at 10:08. Doctor was very knowledgeable and very Caring. I will definitely be back.

The dental assistant working there is sooo sweet. If xrays make you anxious? Don't worry, very gentle, sweet and no judgments! :)

Upon walking into this place - the waiting area in NOT esthetically pleasing to the eye. Waiting area - seats look dingy and dirty. Front desk had an issue with finding my insurance information for some reason. Not friendly at all. The woman who took me to the back for x-rays seemed to have a language barrier and barely said hello. After x-rays were done - walked to me waaaaay to the back where i'm sure i would be forgotten about and not a word was said in the process. I sat back here for what seemed like FOREVER - but once Darren the hygienist came things started looking up - what a positive individual and he made my experience much better than how it began. What a pleasure to have met him. Wish all hygienists had the energy he had. I was told i was going to get fluoride put on my teeth - not done. Dentist wasn't thorough with his exam - nice guy but I wasn't satisfied with the service provided. Overall - i came here expecting something totally different- the place itself needs an upgrade it's pretty much falling apart and not in good shape. I highly doubt that I would return.

Finding a good dentist feels like pulling teeth, but these guys are legit. Always little to no…read morewait to be seen at appointment time - punctuality in any doctor/dentist office is a rare treat. Great skilled dentists and assistants. I'm 5 cavities and a cleaning in. Friendly receptionist. And they don't price gouge. This is my 5th dentist in as many years and you can just tell when they're scamming for business (medicare for all is the way to go folx), and these guys give you the real deal.

Before I left I asked a couple questions and the person at the desk looked up my record and told me I had NOT put in a pervious request for this service. They said they would call me once they got an answer. No one did. I called two separate times and on the 2nd call they informed me the service was declined. The male I spoke to was very short and snippy and really made me feel like he did not take this seriously, so I asked to speak to someone else. The 2nd person was even ruder. First off, there was ZERO patience or kindness from either of your staff. They said there is NO WAY I can communicate with my dentist- not via phone, or email or even through a medical portal. I would have to pay for a $150 visit to come in and ask questions. They said the doctor was "too busy" to communicate any other way. Second, your staff is directly sabotaging my access to health care because they are unwilling to help me properly submit a 2nd request for service. You guys took my money then left me high and dry when I actually really needed you. I will be losing my healthcare in 60 days and I don't have time to play games with snippy staff who simply refused to answer questions or take my case seriously. If your front desk staff can't be polite and compassionate, they should find a job where they don't have to deal with the public. They are acting like gate keepers to patient's health care and in a world where it is already hard enough to get medical care this is your biggest failure. I'll find another dentist. Do better.

From calling the office to schedule emergency repair to end of procedure it was only three hours. The procedure was only about 40 mins. I started to see another dentist there, and then they also left. Being that I was so anxious about the dentist I stopped going entirely for a time. Finally I made an appointment. I told the person making the appointment about this history because I wasn't sure which dentist to book with. I wound up booking with the dentist who the secretary told me was also a gum specialist, because I just figured this person might be the most qualified there. I made the appointment a month out. I get there and after a brief conversation, the dental assistant is incredibly rude. There seemed to be some confusion for her over what was scheduled. She said I did not have a cleaning scheduled. She was noteably annoyed trying to explain to me that the periodontist doesn't do cleanings, which I already understood. I'm still not clear why she was getting so frustrated but I found it to be a really rude and impatient response in general, but especially to someone who she already knew had high anxiety around being at the dentist. She put her hand up and closed her eyes in annoyance, and told me she was going to get someone else to talk to explain things to me. When she left I decided I was not going to continue the appointment with this kind of person and I got up to put on my coat. As I was doing that I heard her in the other room say, "please teach her." Which, made it clear I was done with this office. If there was any problem that this woman should have been upset with, it's internally. Speak to the person who made the appointment. Maybe they were confused. I was direct when I told them I hadn't been in a while and I needed a cleaning and an exam. Standard. Don't take your frustrations out on the patient. So rude, so unnecessary.
