Well her reviews are good but BEWARE, if you don't commit to bi-weekly service, she will cancel her…read morecrew before they have made their first visit. True story. I never met Beatriz. I have never met her cleaning crew. They were scheduled to arrive at my condo at nine tomorrow. Today, I was asked to commit to bi-weekly service which I did. It is not easy to get decent or above average cleaning. But I made the mistake of adding a caveat to my commitment to bi-weekly service. I said my intent was to keep her team coming every two weeks but their performance might influence that decision. Well, A-Cleaning Service, Beatriz, does not give the benefit of the doubt to the new client. She simply said she canceled and would not send the crew she had promised. Obviously she does not lack for clients and can afford to be picky. Still I wish she had had a strong confidence in her team's ability to do a good job. Instead she pulled the plug on me and it was all over before it began. Not a good feeling. On the other hand I questioned why Beatriz never visited my unit, told me only that a new crew would come tomorrow at 9:00a.m I was not sure what to expect. She told me she would not be coming to make introductions of her crew to me or to inspect the property. And she added they speak Portuguese but can communicate with basic English. Somehow that customer feeling was absent. It appears clients are a dime a dozen and she can pick and choose. Which she did. Tomorrow my condo will NOT be cleaned by A Cleaning Service. Queasy feeling!!.

We hired Christiana and her team for a cleaning - they were super flexible about coming a few days…read moreearly (last min too) - but the overall experience on cleaning day overshadows this flexibility We had scheduled for a cleaning Friday @ 4pm - we have a dog - so I made sure I'd be home from work in time to keep the pup at bay. At approx 4:20pm I received a call that was "hi, we're on our way" and it cut out and I received no response back. Nothing for 30 mins, so I called back to find out that they were on their way and that it would only be another 20 mins. 1 hr goes by after that (it's 2 hrs past the scheduled time), the response I got was "we were coming from Ellicott city, we are on the other side of hyattsville, another 20 mins, sorry its all due to traffic). So after arriving 2 hrs late - 2 of the crew memebers came up - spent 20 mins chatting - and then 1.5 hrs cleaning... at this point its about 730pm-8pm on a Friday and our dinner plans have been 100% ruined. Its not the amount of time it took to clean, it was showing up two hours late. MORE SO it is important to point out that they lied to me on the timing - Ellicott city is 26 miles from where we live, so how were you planning to get there in 20 mins?!?! Even without rush hour traffic? The overall cleaning was good (little weird they didn't bring their own vacuum and asked to use ours), but more so did not appreciate the communication and the deceitfulness
