    I have been with Verizon for at least 20 years. I have my account drafted each month, but sometimes…read moreyou need to change the draft date or in there language make a payment arrangement. I have done this maybe 3 times total with no problems until this month (June, 2025). I went to chat and asked to change my date to a later date. It was done, but I was not able to "pause" the draft, so I called customer service and the man I spoke with said when you make an arrangement, it automatically pauses the draft date. So I'm thinking no problem. Well when I checked my bank, I noticed that they drafted my account anyway. So I called customer service again on a Saturday and the lady I spoke with was really nice, she said they should refund me the money and let me pay on the date I set up. She said I should receive my refund back in my bank account on the following Tuesday. I checked Tuesday and no refund. So I called again and another nice lady said it takes about 4 to 6 hours for that to go back into my account that it was "pending." So later in the afternoon, 6 hours later, I called the bank and the money was not in my account. I called Verizon back expained everything that had happened and then someone in billing said that the refund was denied because it would put me in a past due status and that if I waited to pay when I asked, they would disconnect my service and I would have to pay fees to get reconnected. This meant I was royally screwed for that week. Then they said I needed to take my account off of auto pay. I told them not to touch the auto pay. This in the 4th time in 20 years I needed to change a date and never had a problem in the past. I admit Verizon is the best as far as providing phone, networking service. But for customer service and doing what they say they will do, don't believe a word they say. They all are a bunch of lies, just say anything to make a paycheck and get you off the phone. Then as if the situation was not bad enough, Rhonda, with the billing department had the nerve to say "can't you borrow from someone." This is rude, disrespectful to say the least and it's invading my privacy. L. Parrish

The Verizon rep, Josh, and his GM, Jennifer, were beyond welcoming and helpful! I walked in with certain expectations and assumptions and walked out with a smile on my face and 'new friends.' Their customer service was great, their personalities were fantastic, and they were able to help me understand what I needed with the service and phone(s) I wanted. I've had very bad experiences with this particular store in the past, and I've also had terrible phone calls with Verizon as well, but Josh and Jennifer were super understanding and nice regarding all my problems, wants, and needs.

    I initially purchased an iPhone 16 from this location along with a screen protector and case. The…read moresales representative quickly swiped my card and dismissed me. This is the first Verizon who did not even offer to help put on the screen protector I purchased from them. However, the real issue was they were so quick to swipe my card and dismiss me from their store that they did not even transfer my number from my old phone or help me set up my sims card. This is all while knowing I was unable to use or access my old phone. Since I had a 24hr EMS shift the next morning I spent the next few days unable to call or contact anyone until I could make it back to the Verizon store. When I returned, the staff appeared irritated and did not seem happy about providing service. When I had to return for a fourth time because not all of my contacts had transferred to the new phone they initially said I would have to spend $40 if I wanted their help. Keep in mind I had already spent over $400 at this location and had to return four different times. Safe to say this is the worst and most stressful experience I have ever had with customer service and do not recommend anyone to get a phone from here. They are quick to swipe your card and do not take the time to make sure you have everything set up the way you need.
