Alejando came to my property and cleaned my roof and gutters. My roof had moss growing on it and my gutters had plants growing out of them. He was very thorough with the cleaning and treating the roof/ gutters. He also cleaned everything that was washed / blown off during the process and made sure to get anything that had blown onto my neighbors property. I thought the pricing was fair considering the amount of gunk that was on my roof, he also inspected my roof for any damage. I am very happy with the service. Alex was professional, and courteous and did a great job on our roof. He was the only provider who responded to my request, inspected our roof, and gave us an estimate on the first day. Photos he took before and after were sent to me the same day as the cleaning, which I needed to provide to my Insurance Company. Clean-up was thorough, as was the treatment he applied after cleaning. My wife and I had our gutters cleaned, roof treated, and entire house exterior soft-washed/pressure-washed. Alex was very responsive to messages and emails and got my quote back in the time frame he specified. He soft brushed and treated our roof for moss and inspected it too, fixed a small problem with our rain gutter and pressure washed our driveway and concrete walks. Made it all look like new. The roof of our House has not been cleaned for years and you can see moss everywhere. Compared with several companies, we finally chose Green Leaf. The result proofs we are right. They cleaned the roof and gutter, repaired the drainages ,washed the exterior windows and walls and cleaned our decks and yards. They even left two tiles in case we need to replace later(the tiles are seldom seen nowadays). Professional guys, excellent service at a reasonable cost. Yesterday I met with Alejandro Ibarra from GreenLeaf ostensibly to get a bid to remove roof moss. I was immediately impressed with his straightforward approach and reasonable price (far less than competing companies who bid based upon Google Maps or Earth images, rather than offering to come look at my roof). As it turned out, he was able to treat my roof that day and did an excellent job. My neighbor saw his work and was sufficiently impressed that she asked Alejandro to remove moss from her roof as well. Our roof have not been cleaned in three years. Because we live behind a green belt there are lots of leafy trees and shadow, ideal for moss growth. After I put in a request on Yelp, Alejandro called me 2hrs. later. Over the phone he had set an appt. for a bid the next day. I was a little wary at first of his quick response but realized he was truly a professional. Since my roof is 30-40 feet off the ground and it was dangerous for me to inspect, he video recorded my roof top before and after he cleaned it. It was Amazing! He cleaned the gutters of all debris, and the roof looks brand new! Alejandro is respectful and very particular about doing a great job! His price is quite reasonable compared to the quality of workmanship he and his staff delivers. I guess the best way I can recommend him is that he does his job on your house as though it's his own! He is a very reasonable and wise person.
