We wanted to enjoy the Theme parks without taking the twins along. I called the hotel and they said the childcare service they recommended to their guests was Brightstar. I was hesitant to call a nanny service, but knew if we didn't, life would be miserable at the Theme parks with a couple of two year olds tagging along. I am soooo glad that I made the leap of faith. I have nothing but positive things to say about Brightstar. They were professional and nice from the first moment I talked to them on the phone I called them the night before I needed the babysitter (about 18 hours notice). I told them I was looking for someone with experience in taking care of multiples, as they are extremely challenging. I wouldn't have been surprised if they were not able to find someone with such short notice. However, in about an hour, I received a call back from Brightstar. The lady recommended one of their nannies named Shalimar, aka "Dee". She told me the hourly rate would be $19.00--sort of expensive, but well worth it for my sanity. We ended up using Dee three times over the course of the next two weeks. She stayed with our twins about 9-10 hours each time. Dee arrived right on time each day. She was very sweet, humble, and great with the twins. She took them to the playground at the hotel, put them down for their nap, fed, them, and kept them entertained each day--which was no small feat! Dee sent me text messages a few times throughout the day to let me know how they were doing, which gave me further peace of mind. By the time Dee left on her third day, the twins were hugging her and kissing her good-bye. They really liked her and seemed to enjoy their time with her. I would highly recommend Dee to anyone needing care for their children,. She is completely trustworthy and very competent. I will definitely request her again when we return. Thanks so much Dee and Brightstar!!! :)))

From Elsie and Alexa in admissions to Cheryl as resident director, to all nursing and rest of staff. In our family's heart, you have a special place!!!! Because of your many stringent precautions, this facility has not had a single resident or staff COVID incident. ZERO! If you are considering to bring your loved one here, do not hesitate. This beautiful place will admit your loved one, when so many others will not. They will love and care for their memory challenged residents and protect them dearly, no matter how extreme their mental health state is. It is worth every dollar and cent. No price tag is big enough for someone you love. We are glad we did! Thank you for reading neighbors, and God bless!

Spring Hills staff made a very hard situation a much easier one. They truly care for their residents and their family.

Based on what our family experienced, it is apparent that the patient's are not receiving the level of care they deserve. We were deeply concerned that symptoms we believed required immediate emergency attention were dismissed as a panic attack by the head nursing staff. It took significant force on our part, to include coming to the center, to have action taken. It was later determined that my family member was experiencing a heart attack, severe sepsis, pneumonia, and significant organ decline. We cannot help but wonder whether a faster response could have made a difference. Our experience left us angered, devastated, and with little confidence in the judgment and urgency of the nursing leadership involved in my family member's care. No family should have to question whether their loved one's symptoms are being taken seriously. I sincerely hope this facility carefully reviews its emergency response procedures and patient care practices so that other families do not endure what ours has experienced. May God have mercy on those entrusted with caring for the sick and vulnerable.
