The property looks fantastic, the community seems nice and the apartment was warmily but none of these compliments would find its way here expressing my thoughts if it wasn't for your leasing agent Coreene. She was very knowledgeable, welcoming, and took time to clear up any concerns my partner and I had. If we get Approved, Coreene is definitely one of the reasons why we decided on this property. Knowing that if any issues arise in the future, she will be able to assist, direct and help us. This community is very fortunate.

It keeps getting worse…read more Don't rent here!!!!!! There's bugs There's never any parking. People leave trash out and animals get into it spreading it all over. People don't clean up after their dogs do their business. The office lies to your face saying they're going to fix things and they NEVER do. They set rules but never follows through with enforcing them. If you want to live somewhere where you pay a lot of money for really nothing in return then come here. I put in my notice to leave, and they wanted a reason I wrote a detailed email and still no one listened. Then I got an email saying so sorry to see you go before we could change your opinion. How are they going to change anyone's opinion when they don't even reach out. They have changed ownership 3 times in 2 years and with each one it gets worse. Hopefully this place will get an owner who cares about it's tenants, not just the money! Last night we delt with the police steaked out in front of one of the units telling the tenant to come out with their hands up because they had a warrant for their felony crimes. This went on till almost midnight. These are your neighbors!!!!!

My father has been a resident since January 17 after he took ill and Assisted Living…read more We initially did not choose Hunters Creek nursing and rehab but when it came time to move him from the hospital, the other facility had no beds available. I happen to see Hunters Creek's building from across the parking lot of my father's Assisted Living and quickly called for a tour. The first voice I heard was that of Diana, who is the receptionist at the front of the nursing home. It was her cheerful and sweet voice that made me smile and feel comfortable With the possibility of him staying there for rehab. Rosie, Michelle, Jacqueline, Trish, Ann, Jessi, and Diamond are all the team players In the business offices. You will never find more compassionate and dedicated individuals. There is nothing they will not do to help you with your loved one if they stay here. I know them each by name because of the individualized services they provide and the contact that they pride themselves on. I'm deeply grateful for this team of healthcare administrators. The nursing staff, Including certified nursing assistants, and the facility cleaning/ Maintenance team, Are some of the most dedicated staff you will come upon. As I visit my father daily, I'm always quick with a hello and a smile to each, and every one of them, knowing what they do throughout the day to care for the patients. The people we are closest to, thanks to their incredible level of care for my father, are Ariana, Anetide, Elaine, Javaline (Sp?) and so many more! All of the nurses/CNA are at the top of their professional game and I am grateful! I love the nursing team so much That I always leave a basket of snacks and goodies in my father's room for them to grab and know that they are appreciated. It is the very least I can do for what they take on each and every day. The Nutrition team works hand-in-hand with families to make sure that patients get the food that not only is most nutritious but find favorites to include on their trays each day. My father lived on grilled cheese when he first arrived because that was his comfort food. He could ask for it at any time of day and one would be delivered to him. David, The nutrition manager, Called me personally to get information on my father and his favorites that might be included each day. Something is simple as cornflakes on a breakfast tray makes my father, so happy and encourages him to eat. I'm so grateful to this team for seeing to my father's dietary needs. Finally, If your loved one is here for rehab Count yourself lucky. The rehab team is Encouraging, Kind, Compassionate, Skilled, And Lovely human beings. I am eternally grateful to this team ( Ren, David, and Jeffrey we see most often) who have to deal with my sweet but grumpy Father on a daily basis. Their humor and constant encouragement, have helped him regain some of his strength after a lengthy illness. The support team to the rehab team also need to be recognized for their attention to detail on paperwork and knowledgeable alternatives when Patients need a little extra help. I can't recommend Hunters Creek nursing home enough for any long-term care or rehab needs. While not absolutely perfect, No company is, They do excel in the areas that are most important. Thank you to everyone At the Hunters Creek, nursing and rehab for making my father's life comfortable In this new chapter. I am grateful Beyond words for each and everyone of you.

They do not like people…read moreto come in and visit their family , they do not like people to call and talk to their family members in the rehab center. They made a friend stay in their bed for a week when there was nothing wrong with them. They could walk fine but after staaying in the bed for a week they were so weak they needed a walker to walk. Instead of making the patient stronger they made them weaker. They have very little care about the health of the patients.

We've been there many times over many years. They've been wonderful. Until the last two times…read more Both times they misdiagnosed kidney stones. One time they said the stone was 1 mm and could be easily passed. The urologist later said it was a 4-5 mm stone and needed intervention. This last time, they said there was no kidney stone and sent him home. Less than 12 hours later, the hospital said he had an 8 mm stone and needed surgery Either the radiology department takes lousy pictures and/or the radiologist can't read CT scans. I'd really like them to figure it all out...

Had to rush our son over for a broken arm yesterday. This ER was brilliant. They quickly jumped…read moreinto action to get him out of pain. They had a very experienced and knowledgeable staff. The doctors, nurse, and radiology team was fantastic. We couldn't be more grateful for their speedy response. He had to get local anesthesia and they had to straighten the break. He was able to get through with minimal pain due to their diligence. I can not thank this facility enough.

My family was so lucky to have found Pat's Serenity Home Care!…read more My 85 year old mom had dementia, was falling down a lot, and became too much for my dad to handle. We first met Pat and Michael on their wedding anniversary and they canceled their plans to take my mom in their lovely home the same day. They provided snacks and healthy home cooked meals, activities to help keep my mom and other residents engaged, and top notch care around the clock. Pat & Michael rented a van over Christmas and took my mom out to see the pretty lights. They celebrated her birthday with flowers, presents and decorated their house. During a hurricane warning, they invited my dad to come stay with them. My family and I were always welcome to visit and stay however long we wanted. They regularly sent us pictures and texts to let us know how my mom was doing, which was really sweet. Being in a private, loving home is so much more welcoming than a sterile facility. Towards the end of my moms life, Pat was feeding my mom every meal and trying to keep her as comfortable as possible. They treated my mom and family with kindness and respect, and we are forever grateful. I can't say enough great things about Pat's Serenity Home Care. I highly recommend the family as they take excellent care of your loved ones!
