I would rate this 0 stars if I was able. I would highly not recommend this service to anyone. I was told at the start of my service that I could back out at any given time and when I called to cancel they charged me $130 to do so. I kept telling them I was guaranteed to not be charged and they would not honor it. On to of all of this, when monthly services had started, they would not always show up. I had to contact them to send someone out or no one would service my property. This is a horribly run company that lies to your face. Please do not spend your money on this company. Brayden the supposed manager came out to my house in Medina to spray and add granuals for pest control. He assured me my pets are safe and since the application the two dogs that roam outside are not eating, there non stop whining, the vets cannot do anything without the type of pesticides that were used. He left me with his cell number on my contract and will not return over 10 calls and 15 plus text messages. This company will pay the ultimate price if something happens to my dogs. They get u to sign a contract and I called to cancel after several failed treatments and was told we will send someone out for free as many times as you need us. So I said ok if you aren't going to charge me then try but I'm not paying for them to come again if it doesn't. This company stopped by my house to ask if we were INTERESTED in service. We informed them that we were not, but did give them our e-mail (just our e-mail and NOTHING ELSE) so they could send a list of their services. Since that date they have tried to show up and complete services we did not sign up for! They came to our house (without and permission, verbal or written) and tried to treat our yard when they thought we were not going to be home! Luckily both myself and my husband had the day off, they said they had an order for our house, our address that was NEVER signed up for anything. The technician said he would calm and cancel our appointment... the very next day we received a text telling us they were coming again!!! Terrible experience with this company. I reached out to them for a one time service back in April. The sales rep convinced me to get a monthly application for the season but reassured me I could cancel anytime so I went ahead with it. They came out one time in the beginning of May and sprayed my yard for mosquitoes, fleas, and ticks in the pouring rain. Then they never came in June at all or July. Now at the end of July they give me less than 24 hrs notice that they are coming. I told them I'd rather just cancel the service since I didn't hear from them for 2 months. They said I signed a contract and will not let me out of it. They claim they couldn't come because it was to humid or a chance of rain.... even tho the first and only application was done in the pouring rain. Do not get trapped in a contract! I signed a contract with the intention of having the mosquitoes removed from my yard. My children got bit up just as much this year as I did any other year. There were actually more bugs than normal this year. I tried to get out of the contract but they charge a $300 fee whether their product works or not. This company will tell you one price then switch out another. I contacted multiple companies taking notes on price and service offered. I decided to go with Greenix based on a package they quoted me for both inside and out. (conversation recorded). once the serviceman finished interior they wanted an additional $160 . serviceman got manager on phone who guaranteed me they would do interior (four week service) at no extra charge. all of a sudden the serviceman can't do the job that day and said will contact following week. well, they never called back! I had to contact them! now they said they'll come out but only for one treatment. I emailed the company and their response was pretty much oh well! Stay away from this company. The first two guys that went to my house said that compared to other houses in my house we don't have to much roaches, that makes me think that they will solve my problem in 2 or 3 times they service my house, but not, they came like 4 times and I still have roaches. The level of incompetence to get my extermination done was insane. The issue was getting my inside of the house treated for fleas, I was quoted 99 dollars after discount for indoor and outdoor treatment when I first called. I had the exterminator himself call me THE DAY OF to tell me indoor treatment is 500, so I call to clarify and possibly cancel. I'm offered a partial solution of a "generic killer powder" that with the external treatment should possibly solve the issue. Phone call number 2 from the exterminator tells me it's a repellent and will do nothing for killing the fleas. So, after being lied to twice and expressing my displeasure eventually you guys honored the original deal. Now due to originally being told it was going to be a powder and not a spray I thought I'd have no worries as well. So apparently that was never even a thing and the result was having to drop everything I was doing, vacate the house with my 15 month old who just laid down for a nap, 2 dogs, and 2 cats, then sit on the front porch in the heat for 4 hours while the spray dissipates in 75+ degree humid weather because I had no time to put a plan in place. I was assured by the exterminator that he sprayed everything in there that needed to be and he did nothing else (only cloth surfaces) He walked in with a spray can, a old t shirt, and that was it. So 500 dollars for that is either he didn't do everything that, that treatment would entail, or you're absolutely ripping people off. Since then I have fed my dogs and cats pills for fleas once a day for 3 days, washed them once a day, vacuumed twice a day, ran every bit of clothing, seat covers, the lining of my kids play pen etc through steam sanitize. We mixed bleach and water and coated the entire basement while sweeping every last iota of hair/dust out, I ran my vacuum so much it overheated and wouldn't work for 2 hours, we have done EVERYTHING! AND I STILL HAVE FUCKING FLEAS INFESTING MY HOME! I just went to walk downstairs and had five jump onto my leg, trust me I counted! So after being lied to and sent back n forth, then getting a half assed job I've had to put in even more hours of my own time and effort on my days off and when I've gotten off of work to get a big ol pile of shit in return. And now I'm going to have to spend even more money to either finish the job myself or hire someone competent to do the job this time. Update i have since spoken with Greenix and the exterminator did in fact only doing like 1/4 of what an indoor treatment entails. After paying the initial price I agreed to, I started getting monthly charges, I called to find out why, no one would call me back. I called for service an no would call me back. The service tech had given us his cell number and said to call him directly. He did not call back either. They basically disappeared until "there" next scheduled visit 3 months later. When I called to asked about the all the additional charges I was told it was part of fee. I told them I wanted to cancel and was told I had to pay a cancellation fee, I told them they are not authorized to change my credit card again. I was them told I would go to collections. We have had Greenix for the past 2 years. They service our home for mice and bugs because we border along the woods. We are very pleased with their work. Today we had Tyler. He was very pleasant and professional. Took care of our problems concerning ants and spiders around our yard. We also have mice boxes to take care of rodents that work great! read more

Technicians that come out are personable and engaging to speak with, no issue with the individuals. The bait box check/refill service for outdoor pests went as expected. My issue is with their internal scheduling for other services. I had to call several times after ordering the mole service and ask when someone was coming to reset/move traps (supposed to come weekly for 4 weeks to start). The entire 'service ended up stretching months because work order kept getting lost in the shuffle. The internal communication was so unclear Greenix actually forgot three traps in my yard since November. Only picking them up (3 months later) because I called to cancel once I saw them after the snow melted. Just a very disappointing experience overall. Recommend doing your homework and finding a local company that would provide a similar solution for a much lower price. read more

Whn monthly payments began they were $53.74 per month instead of $39. A call to check on price did no good. I was initially tricked into signing an annual contract with them but was fortunately able to cancel within 3 days afterward so was able to avoid their extortionary cancellation fee. It took an hour of phone calls and multiple reps to achieve said cancellation so it seems that they go out of their way to make it difficult. We had another provider come into town who apparently offered more services for a bit less. I was hit by one of their drivers today and after contacting the company asking for help I was invited to come to the local branch to show the damage, but before I could I was contacted by the claims department manager and who I can only guess is one of their workers and told not to come to the branch and if I do they will call the police on me. I have never in my life been threatened with police action after being invited to come and resolve a matter. I feel very disrespected and a bit nervous that they will not hold up their end and fix the damage. Their company policy is to charge first; come through way later (if ever). My pest problems have gotten worse since my first and only pest treatment. They lied and said if the bug/spider problem doesn't get better a couple weeks after the service they come do a second treatment. They have now scheduled and then cancelled every treatment since the initial one (at least 3) I was charged for rodent services despite them never setting that up. When I pointed that out they said they fixed it and then proceeded to charge me again the next month. After over 3 service failures I called to cancel and they had the audacity to try to charge me nearly 200 to get myself out of the contract. This is the planet fitness of pest control services. Bait you to sign up then make it nearly impossible to get out. When I asked the person (some account specialist clown) if he'd be happy to pay for a service after that service failed so hard and he goes "you can't assume what I'd do." I told them that I'd allow them to make this right before I left honest reviews about this experience; they all but laughed it off. My dog is in the hospital and most likely not going to make it because he accidentally ingested there product from the rat box. We even signed a contract stating it does not hurt pets. When we called we got hung up on and laughed at! So I think this has happened before! I have filed police report and I am hiring a lawyer these guys can not get away with this. I had the worst experience working with the Greenix team, from customer service to the actual technician that performed the service. It was super easy for them to have me sign an agreement 5 minutes into my call for a quote and had a technician scheduled to come for my first treatment the very next day. I asked them if I needed to do anything to prep my house for the visit and they said no. The next day the tech shows up and tells me I should have been told to take everything out from my drawers and cabinets. He was also unable to answer my basic questions and said that he had not been properly trained yet as this was only his 4th month working there. There is no follow up from anyone regarding scheduling next appointments so you have to do all of that yourself and call them every time. I tried to call and cancel today and was told that all they can do is offer me a "VIP" treatment in two weeks and if I was still not satisfied I would get a full reimbursement no questions asked. I asked for all this in writing from the account manager I spoke with, Alex and he assured me he would send it in 5-10 mins. Three hours later and no emails so I called again. They had me speak to a new account manager named Robert who looked but was unable to find any notes from anyone named Alex from three hours prior. Instead he told me all he found was an appointment in two weeks (the one I scheduled with Alex) and that there was no mention of any VIP. He was adamant that this note was written by a female named Emily. I had to clarify twice that I never spoke to any Emily and just asked to cancel the account as it was my third day to do so. He just cancelled and said they would issue me a partial refund in one to two weeks but had to keep $150 for the service done yesterday. I will cut my loss but would NOT recommend Greenix to anyone. read more

My saga started when I requested Greenix services for removal of a hornet's next near the front door. I was unable to meet the technician personally for our appointment but he did call upon completion of the job. He informed me then that he did a "walk around" and saw evidence of mice activity and potential entryways and that the company had a maintenance program for it. I explained there has never been any issue with rodents in the house so the offer was declined and the one time bill paid. A month later, I noticed an unauthorized charge of almost $50 on my credit card statement. Upon calling Greenix, the representative advised that I had signed an annual contract for monthly payments in that amount. I explained that this was the first time I was ever made aware of an allegedly contract. She stated that the contract contained my signature which she would email to me. Upon receipt and review, I noted assuredly that this was NOT my signature. I called Greenix back again with my response when my complaint was escalated to their accounts department. I spoke with Jake who advised that the contract was secured via a verbal phone conversation and that since all their phone calls are recorded, he would review and supply me with a copy. I was informed I would hear back within 24 hours. The 24 hours expired without a return call so I called back again and was informed Jake was sick so another representative took my call. Again, I explained at no time did I EVER sign or even received a verbal phone call regarding a contract. After the representative listened to the alleged phone call, he finally conceded that proper protocol was not followed and he would cancel the contract and remove all charges. This incident was successfully resolved ...but should not have ever taken place had it not been for their unscrupulous business practice. Avoid at all cost!! read more
