Night shift is falling apart. I ordered 2 pizza's at 6:15-6:20. I walk over after 15 minutes and the girl that was working hadn't started the pizza's yet. This is unacceptable. Paying over $30 for pizza's and for them to not be done in 15-20 minutes. This establishment has gone so far down hill it since my past coworker Davey has left. I will never be coming here again unless there is a change of pace. And I dont care about everyone knowing my name from this review. Its not cuz cuz I'm angry but because it's the truth. NEVER AGAIN AM I COMING HERE.

See photo of a customer with his mask below his chin (zero face coverage) chit-chatting at close range over a food counter with a worker who has her mask on below her nose. This is very upsetting as I see that someone else posted a similar complaint a while back and a district manager claimed they would look into the issue of people not wearing masks. PLEASE ENFORCE THIS; some of us have high-risk family members whose lives depend on our ability to stay safe from the virus. It is the law!

We loaded up with snacks and drinks for a roadtrip back to the city and everything was as you would expect. Not only were the cashiers super friendly but one guy working the coffee machines let me have my coffee for free because "the red light is on, the coffee is passed it prime" lol that still tickles me thinking back on it. And to top it off, the coffee was fine! Would definitely come back next time we're in Utica.

He then checked on us to make sure we were good and before we left he gave us free cold drinks. He is such a good person many people wouldn't do that but he has a good heart. Again thank you so much for your kindness and this is definitely one of the best places to get gas, snacks, or ice cold drinks on a hot day :)

It's dirty inside and the workers look like they don't even want to be there. It's fine if you hate your job but leave that outside the door and at least try to muster some customer service. The way they serve the food and set up the store makes it very welcoming for someone who's been on the road for a while. They had nice refreshments, specialty cookies, little sandwiches, and plenty of options to grab a quick bite or a snack. It wasn't fancy, but it was comfortable, kind, and exactly the right vibe for a road stop. For being "just what I needed" at the right time, I'm giving Stewart's Shops 5 stars.
