The atmosphere is that of a home rather than of a facility. The place is immaculately clean. Meals are home-cooked and healthy. The ratio of aides to residents is much higher at Greenview than at larger facilities and so all of the residents can receive individualized, timely care. The staff is carefully trained and very caring. The owner (Danka) has a wealth of knowledge about senior care and is expert at providing hands-on care herself. Our relative used to be in independent living. When she went into memory care two years ago, things…read morehave gone downhill. Mind you, independent care wasn't the greatest, but it is very, very difficult to transfer a loved one with dementia to another facility. Therefore, we are still at Heritage Crossing. We have addressed issues with them several times. I had addressed an issue a week and a half ago in regards to my loved one that her room was filthy. Her bedsheets were filthy and they needed washed. The person I addressed this to was River, which is a new memory care director from what I'm told. My husband also was in contact with Rebecca, which is the director. I myself have tried to call corporate several times. You will never be able to get a hold of them. Ever. They make it so that all you can do is leave a message. UNLESS you are looking to sign a family member up at one of their communities then they will talk to you. Fortunately, I was able to get through with Amy who handles the billing and she was getting in contact with Caitlyn who is a vice president up at Corporate. I had to call Amy back today to let her know that I still hadn't heard from Caitlyn. Amy assured me that Caitlyn would call me back that she is very busy. Mind you, Caitlyn was made aware through Amy what my issues were. But Caitlyn is too busy. I gave Caitlyn plenty of time to call me back. Once you are a resident there and you are paying them $7000 a month for memory care, this is what you are subject to. Please see the pictures below. The first picture is blood and urine on my loved ones bedsheets and linens that have been there for at least two weeks. They have not been washed even after I asked. The napkin that you see on the bed is "stuck" to her bed. The picture of the floor and the toilet... that is feces on the floor and on the toilet seat, there is also dried urine. The clothes... They fold them and then they throw them wherever they can in the room, not organized at all. The room is absolutely disgusting. I have several more pictures that I will be sharing online. This is just one instance. I have several instances. I am absolutely at a loss for words and thoroughly disappointed. Not one person... not one has reached out. Instead, it is going to be my responsibility to clean up after my loved one that I paid them for. Beware before you commit to this facility. Talk with a residents family, especially back in memory care that has been there for a while. You should be able to get all aspects of the community. Not just what they tell you to get you in there.

I had an outpatient surgery here. Staff was professional and kind. I loved my surgeon and the…read morenursing staff. Everyone made this a relatively easy experience. The recovery part right after the surgery was a little rough, but the nurse stood by my side and helped me through the process. There were only one or two people left there after me and no one rushed me or pushed me, but they did help me feel well enough to get up and go. While I enjoy Crystal Clinic, the only small complaint I have is with their use of a 3rd party to complete medical forms that patients may need for work. That was a bit cumbersome to deal with. Other than that, the care and the facility itself were great.

Constant staff turnover-corporately run chain of facilities 2. Food selections poor in both taste and appearance. 3. Some staff good, most not trained or competent - staff frequently over-reacts or under-reacts to medical issues. 4. Inconsistent coordination on medical care and plan with family. 5. Bogus billing - they doubled the personal care agreement fee on us without notice. Although they did credit the 40 days we were not notified, when I insisted on a fee breakdown, I find we are being charged $115 per month for twice weekly showering assistance which is very fair, but an additional $446 per month for "additional staff time needed due to patient's resistance to accepting help". WTF! Needless to see, we are looking for a new facility!

One night when my coworker went in there, she found him laying on the floor in front of the door with a dirty brief on. His door was always open. So there fore if they were doing there jobs, why was he not seen? His last day there, I was there when they was passing breakfast trays. They saw he was sleeping so they didn't even bring him a tray. So, if u love your loved ones, please look for another place. U won't be happy here. One resident that lives there said she would rather die than live there.
