At urgent care they just told me I had pink eye which I knew was completely wrong, and so I reached out to shamrock. They squeezed me in immediately and actually looked at my eye, took pressures, everything. I saw Dr Delmore and she was just so empathetic and thorough, and gave me the correct diagnosis and medication. She 100% will be my go-to from now on. I had only come here once before for an eye exam which was also great, but I appreciate the peace of mind knowing where to go if I have any other eye issues. Apparently the office had some questions about me trying to make another appointment in 3 months. During the time I was waiting I was not consulted or asked any questions. I explained to the desk it was an authorized appointment and what was the problem. I offered to call the V.A but was told they were in contact with them. At that time I sat down. No further communication and at 1429 went back to the desk , no one there waited a minute, and sat back down. At 1431 I left the facility and called the community care office at the V.A. very poor communication and will not return. Was very disrespectful of the staff to this veteran.​

My wife and I were due for our annual eye exam and had heard some fellow Marysville residents had…read morehighly recommended Dr. Poling so we set up our eye appointments and then a week later headed on over. The office is in a really nice house they have converted into office space and when we went in we were immediately warmly greeted by a very nice lady who had us fill put some paperwork. When we were done we were taken right back and got in to see the doctor. Dr. Poling took his time and took me through so the standard eye tests and all the standard questions that you would expect. He was very nice and seemed to really be patient in regards to getting a full history. When I was done he examined my wife's eyes and gave her a very thorough exam as well. We both then looked at their selection of eyeglasses. They had a really nice selection with pretty fair prices. There was no pressure at all to buy glasses from them. The ladies showing us glasses took their time to go through all the various options, explaining everything and patiently answering our questions. In the end we did buy two pair of glasses and we are both excited to pick them up sometime in the next week. In the end we were both very impressed with Dr. Poling and his staff. Dr. Lehman is a phenomenal optometrist. As a new patient, I called because I was having headaches…read moreeveryday and thought that it might be my vision. I called to see if he was accepting new patients and if so when I could get in. They scheduled me for the first available appointment that they had but was still almost 2 weeks out, but I understood. The next day, Dr. Lehman calls me, himself, and asked me about my headaches and said why don't we get you in on an emergency visit and I got in later that day. He gave me a extensive exam and not only told me that I was in need of glasses, he proved it to me by showing me what things would look like with corrective lens. This place completely impressed me. Patient for life.
