They've clearly explained the how and why of the treatment process, answered all my questions, and I've seen an improvement after every appointment. The end result was that I was able to confidently return to an active lifestyle. I also really like the fact that after the initial one-hour evaluation, the appointments are each 1/2 hour long with the therapist focused on only me. Each therapist only has one patient at a time so there's no down-time, waiting to be told what to do next like I've seen at other PT clinics. The simplest explanation is "UNPROFESSIONAL" On 2 occasions, I showed up EARLY for appointments and was told I was late, because they did not come to get me until after I had been there for 10 minutes. My primary physical Therapist, Ryan Wedge, was rude and an excuse making machine. He even refused to see me one time when I had my daughter with me, because I was "late" (not my fault if he waits 20 minutes to come find me), and called me an idiot in front of her. 2 months into treatment I was barely ahead of where I started in any way. Actually I lost strength in my hand. I will say that some of the discomfort in my palm did improve, but that was 100% the doing of 1 PTA there. I will say they had one PTA there, Julia, who was very good. She did a massage to break up scar tissue in my hand that helped a lot. However, this was not part of Mr. Wedge's treatment plan. She was also patient and good at explaining what she was trying to do and why we were doing it. I highly recommend her to other employers and hope she leaves this organization.

He is rude, stuck up, he pays his employees very low wages for the large amount of work that they have to do. They are being over worked and underpaid. I was making 19 an hour, when I should be making 24 an hour, $6 less than the national average, he is so cheap! And the girl who does billing is kind, she is only making 19 an hour and has been at the company for 3 years while who is a office manager for one year is making salary, 40k, 21-21 an hour, and the other who does insurance is making 18-19 an hour, so please tell me why that is?. I had to cover shifts for people, no bonus, nothing, no appreciation, treated like a street dog, I worked terrible hours, 11:30-7 Tuesdays and Wednesday, Mondays 8:00 am till 6:20 pm, I have a Learning Disability but that never stopped me being the best I can be, but they don't see it that way.Thursdays 9-5:40 pm, Fridays 7-3:30, so I have no life outside of work, can't even get a part time job because of those restricted hours and they want you to do after work hang out, they pay you, but thats more work longer hours after being in work since 7 am. Everyone is getting sick, so now passing that sickness onto me, I called out last Monday as I was sick, so I know Kevin is using that against me, I hurt my back and they persisted I come into work anyways, said, we really need you, I agreed, I should of stayed home, these jobs do not care about you, I went above and beyond, and missed opportunities because of this terrible place. They overbook PTs and PTA, they are always sick, calling out, moved to another state, over worked, why do they open so early 7am till 7 pm, people have lives school. Patients are always cancelling and now I understand why, PTs and PTA will have 12 patients every 40 minutes, you don't get breaks, only one 30 minute break, but work 8-10 hour shifts, are you kidding me, I hope they get sued. I will sue them and get my justice. I didn't feel I was valued and under paid. I explained to them I am worth more than 19 an hour, to see my worth, they disagree.
