Communication was not great, I had to follow up with them several times, but once I brought the issue up to the manager, they were good at following up and therefore, I am giving them a 5 star rating and recommend to anyone looking to have their screens replaced. My only complaint, and maybe something for them to improve on, is that when you call the number on the website and the one linked on their Yelp profile no one answer the phone with the company name, they simply answer with "hello" so at first, you think you have the wrong number and want to hang up.

He asked a few specific questions about the door to see if it was possible to do the install. Once it was determined it could be done, he sent me a link to the glass insert manufacturer he uses to make my choice. I contacted Chuck a couple of days later with my choice. He texted me the price of the door and his installation fee. He was able to set up an appointment the next morning for the install. He arrived on time, was polite and got right to work.
