I had an amazing time at the Greenbrier Farm with my kiddo! The Easter event was fantastic there were so many activities to enjoy. From non-stop entertainment for the kids to great food, drinks, live music, and local vendors, it was truly a fun-filled day. That said, I did have one major issue. Our Easter egg hunt time slot was scheduled for 11:00 AM, but it didn't start until 11:30. I was beyond frustrated. Time slots exist for a reason, especially when you're dealing with young children. There's absolutely no excuse for a delay that long. Standing in the hot sun with toddlers and a big crowd any parent knows that's not ideal. Once they did open the Easter egg hunt there wasnt enough eggs! I saw some kids with only 4-5 Easter eggs. If the delay was due to late arriving families, that's on them, not the rest of us who showed up on time. Why should we all be penalized for others being late? If I had known, I would've picked a different time slot. That part definitely needs improvement.

We enjoyed are brief visit but were a little disappointed with a few things. We went to buy mums and pumpkins. Although they have lots of activities like a corn maze, bouncy houses, animals and a hay ride, we were there just to purchase those two items. But we still had to pay $10 for parking. Which was very disappointing. I think it's a nice place to visit if you have kids, just understand that you also have to pay for activities once you enter. Everyone was extremely friendly, and we got what we went for, but the selection of mums was very disappointing and not what we expected. It seems like a great place to go if you have kids and you want to participate in all the activities but just for making a purchase, they're a better options where you don't have to pay for parking.

Came over the weekend and had such a great time! They had a cute fall festival with a little shop and a restaurant. The pumpkin patch was large with plenty of pumpkins to choose from, and the bus ride over to the patch was such a fun touch. They also have Christmas trees, apple picking, and sunflower picking depending on the season, so there's always something to do. The petting zoo was adorable, and there were lots of fun activities for families. Such a great spot for all ages and every season!

I knew that the farm was close to us, but have never been down the road to actually make it to the farm. Very easy to locate if you're using a GPS. They do have a spacious lot, but debating on when you arrive and how people park, I could see it be a bit troubling. Lots of big dips, so cars lower to the ground take caution. Honestly, we showed up and had no idea where to go. There were no signs on where to purchase the buckets, how to pick tulips, and I was feeling a little anxious about it all. We eventually find the little shop and are told $20 for a bucket and if you come back with the bucket, you can get $2 off next time. The kids went to town and easily picked their fill of strawberries. These strawberries were so beautiful. Plump, shiny, vibrant. I don't particularly enjoy strawberries but my kids all said they were good, and my strawberry avoiding husband said he actually really liked them and that they were nice and sweet. One bucket held an insane amount of strawberries. We ended up giving half of the bucket to my brother and even he was shocked when we showed him how much 1/2 was lol. They also had bounce houses up, and they were okay. My kiddo said it was dirty and wet (it did rain, so makes sense), so we didn't stay there long. They liked the free roaming animals and were shocked to see a real life pig. So pretty neat aspect there. Overall, we'll probably be back to at least check out the fall festivities, and maaaaaybe more strawberries if the kids actually make a dent in these.

Greenbriar Farms is a fantastic spot for kids! The petting zoo is a highlight, with friendly animals that the kids loved interacting with.

$10 for parking. The workers were very welcoming and helpful. They had a ton of different sizes, shapes, and colors of pumpkins to choose from. The price of the pumpkins were a little on the high side so we decided not to buy any. The Hive had delicious food but my only issue was we were asked to move twice because there wasn't a host to seat us, so we sat ourselves after we paid for drinks at the bar. We had a great day regardless.

This was our first time here and we had a great time. I went with zero expectations to join others for a homeschool field trip. For $7.50 we got our own hayride and a pumpkin. I think we were supposed to cut a pumpkin from the field but there was some confusion so they just had our kids pick out a pie pumpkin after the hayride. Everyone still had a great time. If you have kids, it's good to know that they only have porta potties and they don't have any close to the kids area that I saw. While we were there, they were pretty trashed and at least 2 were out of toilet paper. The kids area is not shaded so be sure you have sunblock if needed. We LOVED the bounce house and play area and stayed there for a couple hours to play. I was really thankful for the cafe onsite because I forgot to pack lunch. We walked over and ordered sone food to go so I could take it over to the kids area with everyone else. Their sangria looked amazing! You can order it there and take it over to the kids area too. I think I'll do that next time. Order a sangria and THEN head over to the bounce houses.

Greenbrier Farms (GF) is such a beautiful property! I've seen this farm on Instagram and have been meaning to check it out. Our realtor organized a private event in GF's farmhouse, a client appreciation type thing, so I was excited for the opportunity to check out GF! GF is tucked away in a neighborhood, which is a bit of a change from the side of the old dirt country road type location. As you enter the property, there is a huge, grassy lot for parking. You'll find plenty of space. Once you walk over, there is a Welcome booth with a greeter to provide info and direct traffic. Currently, they have a fresh Christmas tree lot right next to the farmhouse. On the other side of the farmhouse, they also have a huge tent where you will find a photo op with Santa inside, fresh wreaths for sale and a Hot Cocoa bar. The Farmhouse is quite charming (would love to live in a house like that!). Decorated with antiques, it's set up like an old house with dining tables, couches etc. Refreshments and treats were set up in the dining area and a photographer with a photo op was on hand to take family photos in the back room with the fireplace. Can't wait to see these! After all the wining and mingling, we too the kids out to see the farm animals. There were pigs, goats, ducks, bunnies and cows. There are signs everywhere asking you not to feed the animals. Our kids got to enjoy the play area in the far back equipped with tire swings and play structures. Can't wait to visit again in different seasons to see what else they offer! Stay safe, Friends!

We had a blast! Went with my cousin out of impulsive planning and left happier then i arrived. This place has it all!!! A sit in restaurant with drinks, petting farm, pick-your-own strawberries, and much more. Definitely recommend for the family or even as a date! It's the cutest place !!

Hmmm. This is a tough one. We visited yesterday during the day to see the sunflowers, pumpkin patch, possibly take a hay ride, and get some coffee and snacks at the harvest fair. It was very very crowded and very few people were wearing masks (I mean not a single person out of 20-30 on each hay ride) - long lines to park, shop, etc. We wore our masks and we walked around and tried to keep our distance as much as we could. The sunflower field was cute but very very tiny. Knee high sunflowers about 50 feet across in about 6-10 rows. It was free so, I can't complain too much. The "harvest fair" was basically a bunch of hay bales for seating, some plain tacos from a truck, hot dogs or popcorn and a lonnnnnng line for hay rides (again 1 out of every 85 people with a mask) and no social distancing at all in any of the lines or masks. The coffee bar closed early and left so I missed that which was a huge bummer. We snapped some photos of the dog with the pumpkins and left. From Pungo for a 40 mins drive, I wouldn't do it again. I will say, for a visit in normal circumstances to the nursery or so this looks like it'd be nice if you came with a purpose. But if you're worried about COVID at all, don't come right now. You'll freak out. Employees weren't wearing masks either and no social distancing or COVID rules were being enforced at all.

We visited this farm for some fall fun and photos. This was our first time here but definitely not our last. There was so much to do and see. My favorite part was the beautiful little sunflower field they had. They had a cute market area for treats and drinks that were very reasonably priced. Staff was friendly and directing everyone appropriately through all the different fields and areas. There was a lot of people on our trip but thankfully everyone was wearing masks including staff members. When we were there I saw there Christmas tree lot so I am hoping to go back soon to check it out.

They usually do a haunted hayride, but this year because of COVID-19 restrictions, you got to walk part of the hayride route.
