My child couldn't even barely swallow. I later looked up this practice and that is highly aggressive treatment and rarely done. I should have stopped there but I gave them another chance. They removed that and put on the top braces like they originally told me. Then every time we went they were poorly applied. One visit they popped loose before we even hit the parking lot!! Then at the end of treatment we were told oh he will need another set in about a year. The treatment story just kept changing and of course more money. I finally went to another orthodontist after treatment and found out I could have had a better treatment fir far less money. Then the cherry on too was charging me over $200 EXTRA I didn't owe after the account was closed. I had to call multiple times to be told the check was in the mail. A check sent with no tracking number. Yeah right. Still trying to get the last payment I don't owe in the first place back. My account was paid in full last treatment. Bottom line subpar work with extravagant prices. The kids are lined up like an assembly line and the poor quality work is evident. Hard no.

My upper and lower teeth don't fit together well, they hit in awkward places, preventing me from chewing at all on one side and I can't use my molars to chew at all. I have to use my canines and pre-molars to chew, and only on one side. My teeth are uneven, and I have an overbite I didn't have before. Regret my decision to go here but it's my fault for not shopping around more and doing my due diligence.
