They even have very small X-ray plates so it's not so painful on their small jaws. The sedation kept him from being traumatized by multiple fillings. We were able to do them all at once and 30 minutes after we left the office he was eating Chikfila and bouncing around as normal. Today we had to go back and have a tooth pulled. My son was hesitant to drink the sedation juice as it does have an odd taste (they try to mask that with syrup but you can only fool a kid once on that). He fussed but the lady helping us told me with complete confidence that he would do better if she took him to the back and she was right. I love that the staff knows children and all their little quirks so well. Very happy with the care they provide.

Retainers should all fit same but in my case they didn't their was a noticeable difference in the shifting of my teeth depending on which retainer I wore. when I brought it to their attention, they said just wear the one I am most comfortable with. 3. I lost my retainers, so I went in to get a replacement. I was told to keep my molds in case of a ai loose them. To my surprise there were two top molds and no bottom. So if I wanted to get a replacement somewhere else, I couldn't. 4. It's been less than a month since I lost them and they are saying I have to get new molds, because they assume my teeth have shifted so much in a couple of weeks that they would not fit smh. I am very disappointed, but I have no choice but to go to them for the replacement. because if I go somewhere else without molds, they charge an arm and a leg SMH. If you choose this place, make sure you check your molds and stand your ground when it comes to your treatment.

I loved this dental practice years ago but things have changed. Now if they cancel on you they schedule you 45+ days out for a reschedule even if the cancel with less than six hours notice. They take no suggestions to leave spots open for last minute things like this so people aren't waiting even longer for their dental care. As someone with dental anxiety suddenly canceling and requiring another2-4 month wait is ridiculous. Especially when they insist I stay up to date to make cleanings easier - you're the problem. Most people have to plan their appointments with their work schedule and can't just come in on a whim. And they expect you to cater to them. This has become an unreliable practice that often has phone and scheduling issues. Look else if you want quality care and customer service.

Also, we need you to call your previous dental office to give permission for them to send us your current dental xrays. We must have these xrays to complete your exam. Reply STOP to end. It's unprofessional and unacceptable. Do what you want to but id suggest finding somewhere else. This appointment was booked months in advance and I was also told they would notify me DAYS before my appointment if they did not receive what was needed. Again, very unprofessional!
