They are very condescending and took advantage of me. They knew I was going to move as I told them at my initial appointment and they said that the transfer paperwork was very easy and when I moved my payments with them would stop and I would set it up with my next orthodontist where they would send my records also saying they work with military a lot so they are used to people moving, okay so I decided it was worth it if it was going to be simple to switch orthodontists. WRONG. I just got into my new place and the company's finance department calls me telling me it's going to cost me $863 to transfer my records, even though all payments were made (even an extra one they took out after my move) I told him that this was definitely not was I was informed because I made a deal to ask lots of questions when I started the process. They are very money hungry, the receptionist is rude. Only good thing about it is the doctor was very nice. I do not recommend going here if you plan on moving and don't like surprising expenses. It's a shame they treat military families with such disrespect..

Absolutely phenomenal care! Due to an enamel deformity, my son had multiple cavities in his molars…read more CPD was so wonderful with his X-rays and treatment. They even have very small X-ray plates so it's not so painful on their small jaws. The sedation kept him from being traumatized by multiple fillings. We were able to do them all at once and 30 minutes after we left the office he was eating Chikfila and bouncing around as normal. Today we had to go back and have a tooth pulled. My son was hesitant to drink the sedation juice as it does have an odd taste (they try to mask that with syrup but you can only fool a kid once on that). He fussed but the lady helping us told me with complete confidence that he would do better if she took him to the back and she was right. I love that the staff knows children and all their little quirks so well. Very happy with the care they provide.

1. At first I thought this place was great until towards the end of my treatment. I expressed how…read moreunsatisfied I was with my left molar not turning, but since I was at the end of my treatment, they said there was nothing they could do about it. 2. Retainers should all fit same but in my case they didn't their was a noticeable difference in the shifting of my teeth depending on which retainer I wore. when I brought it to their attention, they said just wear the one I am most comfortable with. 3. I lost my retainers, so I went in to get a replacement. I was told to keep my molds in case of a ai loose them. To my surprise there were two top molds and no bottom. So if I wanted to get a replacement somewhere else, I couldn't. 4. It's been less than a month since I lost them and they are saying I have to get new molds, because they assume my teeth have shifted so much in a couple of weeks that they would not fit smh. I am very disappointed, but I have no choice but to go to them for the replacement. because if I go somewhere else without molds, they charge an arm and a leg SMH. If you choose this place, make sure you check your molds and stand your ground when it comes to your treatment.

I'm so disappointed in this practice. I love Dr. Schmitt but this is the third appointment I've had…read morethe was scheduled incorrectly or had to be cancelled same day. I loved this dental practice years ago but things have changed. Now if they cancel on you they schedule you 45+ days out for a reschedule even if the cancel with less than six hours notice. They take no suggestions to leave spots open for last minute things like this so people aren't waiting even longer for their dental care. As someone with dental anxiety suddenly canceling and requiring another2-4 month wait is ridiculous. Especially when they insist I stay up to date to make cleanings easier - you're the problem. Most people have to plan their appointments with their work schedule and can't just come in on a whim. And they expect you to cater to them. This has become an unreliable practice that often has phone and scheduling issues. Look else if you want quality care and customer service.
