Absolutely Outstanding!…read more I had the BEST experience with Window Heroes! Brian and Vincent came out to power wash and scrub my travertine patio and clean all my windows--inside and out--and the results were incredible. My patio looks brand new, and the windows are sparkling! They arrived right on time, were extremely courteous, and went above and beyond. They helped move furniture, took great care around the house, and even removed their shoes inside without being asked--such a thoughtful touch. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and respect for my home truly set them apart. If you're looking for top-quality work and a team you can trust, I highly recommend Window Heroes. I'll definitely be calling them again!

I no longer trust All Things New after a terrible experience with management and ownership. For two…read moreyears, the actual cleaning team was reliable, trustworthy, and friendly (which is why this isn't a one star review) but unfortunately a team member was ill in my bathroom minutes into arriving yesterday and management/ownership's response was shocking. The team called their manager Lindsey to let her know and she encouraged they "push through this one" (2-3 more hours here) but she would cancel their later appointments. I was very shocked and upset the main office instructed an employee to continue working in my home while sick. A few minutes later, I requested that the team leave with both their well-being and my own family's in mind. I spoke with Lindsey and Owner Jill later in the day and told them it was not ok to leave a sick employee in a client's home. They stood by their decision to tell the team to finish the job so I canceled all of my future cleanings before we got off the phone. After this incident I see that they have a history of refusing to take responsibility when they have mismanaged a situation so I look forward to hiring a more professional company that doesn't disregard employee and client wellbeing.

The Little Moves crew that came out today was spectacular beyond belief. I am a serious amateur…read morephotographer and for the past 12 years I have had an industrial size Epson printer in my second floor condominium in Fountain Hills. The printer itself (excluding the stand) is about 3 feet tall and roughly 7 feet wide so it is ungainly at best. It' weighs 218 pounds according to Epson. I needed it moved out of the condominium and down a flight of stairs into a U-Haul truck. This was a very challenging job, and the two men in the crew took it in three stages. Going down the stairs was obviously the most challenging, and I could see in their faces signs of visible strain and perhaps even pain. Sometimes the strain seemed 7 to 8 on a scale of 10. When they got to the bottom of the steps they took a well-deserved break before going across the parking lot to the U-Haul truck. I have to say that this is one of the finest examples of going above and beyond and doing a very difficult job to utter perfection. Their professionalism showed through, and I feel compelled to let everybody know that. I did tip them generously and you should too! The owner Tania has an awesome company and a knack for selecting incredible employees. I used them before to move an ungainly and heavy potted cactus from one condominium to another many years ago and I remember they did a fantastic job and then as well. Five stars is an understatement. Five hundred stars would be more like it.

We've had an extremely frustrating experience with Closet Masters, and especially with our sales…read moreguy, Monty. From the very beginning, communication has been a huge issue. Monty is terrible at returning phone calls or texts, we usually have to reach out to him two or three times before getting any response, if we get one at all. We hired Closet Masters to design and install our master closet, and they ended up installing the entire thing in the wrong color. The whole system had to be ripped out and redone, which was a major headache. To make things worse, one small section was damaged by our contractor, and we've now been waiting over two months just to have that single board replaced. At this point, Monty has stopped returning our calls and texts altogether. No one has sent me an invoice for the $150 board, nor have they sent our contractor an invoice. So we have no clue what is happening as no one is getting back to us... we are stuck waiting. Overall, the attitude from Closet Masters has been that they'll get to our project whenever it suits them... leaving us to wait indefinitely and hope they eventually finish the job. There's no sense of urgency, accountability, or customer service. We regret choosing Closet Masters and would not recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth or professional experience.
