He explained that he didn't read the booking and wasn't able to do a couples massage since he had someone right after the appointment. It might be the best massage on earth but we won't ever know because they use a booking app that they don't read. Will definitely go elsewhere in the future. Super unprofessional and the reaction by the massage therapist was really flippant like it didn't matter. And then she stopped me and asked me about the amount, I told her I paid and still tipped, and she wouldn't let me leave for 5 minutes until finally telling me I was fine to go. I came in with a huge breakout over my chin and told her that it was happening due to my retinol treatment. She advised me to stop the retinol (which is the opposite of the advice I had been given since my skin is likely purging from it but will stop once it runs its course). During the treatment I never felt her cleanse my skin (which she insisted that she did) or apply serums or creams, I felt barely anything go on and only light touches from her. She never told me what she was putting on my skin. To my horror, at the end she advised that I use neosporin on my acne and do honey masks. Both of which are not advised by anything you see online. I had to rush home to wash my skin in fear that the neosporin would start to do damage immediately. She offered to have my come back for free to do extractions but I will not return, to say the least. I am sure that this woman provides adequate facials to those with normal skin but I would never advise someone with serious acne seeing her.
