Just about as clean as a dump could be too (there's gonna be flies with garbage no matter what). They have signs posted everywhere that will tell you exactly were you drop off just about anything. Today I dropped of a broken TV, a car full of cardboard (clean, never touched food) for recycling, and some old ammunition (at the hazardous waste section). If we didn't have free refuse disposal with our rental, I'd bring everything over here and save some money.

He agreed to cleaning the debris out of the yard and cleaning up the junk in the yard and inside the neighbors house. He spoke to my neighbor about what he would do - who said he was thankful for the opportunity to have some help and wanted to pay me directly for 1/2 of the $500 I promised Sunshines Junk removal service. Sunshine Junk Removal refused to move any junk even though he was by then given $750. He never came back to finish the job last Friday, instead he pocketed the cash and by Monday - added a sales tax to the now discounted $250.00. Thus we received just a portion of $250 in cash. what he gave back was only $191.00

I was quoted an hour and a half for the items I needed moved, but decided last minute to have them do a little more and they still finished the job in the time I was originally quoted. They were very careful with our things, and our home. There is nothing I would change about the level of service and professionalism we experienced. He didn't tell the crewman, and one was let out and went missing. My friends and I spent 3 hours looking for my cat. It was very distressing for all of us. 2. They were not honest with the price they would charge. We communicated up-front that we had larger pieces, we gave them a list of the pieces, lived on the second floor, and the date was a holiday. Their website says $90 per hour, but they charged us $250 per hour. When they say they may adjust the price, make sure you know upfront. They never communicated to us an honest cost beforehand, that stairs would cost more, and that working on a holiday would cost more. We would have chosen another date, we were flexible. They said we just did the date you said you wanted and that's what we charged for working on a holiday, but they never told us beforehand. If that's what they want to charge, that's fine, but you need be up-front with it so that person has a choice to take their business elsewhere. They did do a good job with the moving aspect. They packed things well. They showed up and let us know they were running late. We were very polite to the movers, they never complained to us about the job, we did ask at the end why they charged us that much, but we weren't mean about it or anything like that. We bought them water. We just had standard furniture, like dressers, beds, and shelves. Our new home was about 5 miles away, so they didn't have to travel far. Nothing other movers had issues with in the past.
