I took 2.5 bags in and got 20$. However, it took me about 30 minutes to get served with the line. It seemed like they only had 1 person working the window. So that sucked. Loved how it's tucked away in the hills also. The service was friendly.

After they raised their minimum fee, they worked with me to find a more appropriate service provider because we are so small and not really their core business. I was told that because of the carrier it originated from, it couldn't simply be dropped back in for re-delivery. That's when Sunny stepped in. Even though it wasn't something they typically handle, Sunny offered to help by creating a new label and getting it back into the system to make sure it reached the right recipient. It appeared to be something urgent for a law firm, so that extra effort really meant a lot. I truly appreciate those small acts of kindness especially when you're unfamiliar with the process. Sunny went above and beyond, and it's a great reminder of why we should continue supporting small businesses like this.
