Me shortly after signing the papers.....

Just purchased a 2016 Ultra Limited for GMRHD. Every step of the process was smooth. Staff members were polite, even though some of them had no idea why I was there initially. From my salesman Mitch, to the finance guy, to the accessories and clothing sales staff, I've never met a more polite group of sales staff before. Mitch communicated with me every step of the information gathering steps up until the bike was ready for me to take ownership of. Would definitely recommend this business.

I found a 2021 Harley Fat Bob online and sent a request through as I assumed it was gone or a demo bike. Kyle got right back to me and let me know it was a "Brand new bike with 8 miles". We went back and fort bit and his communication was amazing. We settled on a price the following Monday and I sent out a wire for the bike. He connected me with a shipper, who was also amazing. I let Kyle know to please be very careful as the last bike I had shipped had thousands in damage done by the driver. He let me know he would and the shipper let me know the same. The bike showed up the following Thursday and the driver immediately let me know there was damage on the bike when he picked it up and that Rob, the GM had signed off on it. There was metal gouged off the passenger footpeg as well as several of the heat shields and there was black touch up paint on the damage. It was circled on the bill of lading, so I let him know I would reach out to the dealer to resolve. I then realized, there were two keys with the bike, but no security fob. The bike just starts right up with no keys around and can be started by literally anyone. This is where the experience went form amazing to terrible. I called right away within minutes of the bike arriving and was told Kyle was on vacation and would be back Monday of this week. I asked for Rob and was told he was working in multiple departments as they were short staff. I can relate! The guy on the phone asked if he could help and I let him know about the damage and missing fob. He said he would check and let me know. He also gave me Rob's email. I immediately emailed Rob pictures of the damage, and asked about the missing Fob. I've yet to hear any response or even know if Rob received my email. I copied Kyle on that message and also asked when the manuals and title would be mailed. (I have no temp tag either) I tried calling again Friday and Saturday and left a message for Rob to please call me back. I never heard back. I emailed Rob and Kyle over these few days and Rob finally replied Monday that he was on vacation and that the damage was not there when it left the dealer and to work it out with the shipper. He again didn't answer my request for the missing fob or my paperwork. I called the shipper and she answered right away and was very apologetic. She asked me to send her a list of the damaged parts and let me know she would track down the original bill of lading and get back to me. I sent the parts list, totaling over $600 and on Tuesday she texted and let me know that indeed Rob signed off on the damage when it left the dealer (never disclosed to me at any point) and that she had forwarded him the part list and I'd have to work with the dealer on this. I've sent multiple emails since then to both Rob and Kyle that I have no fob, no idea when I will see title or manuals, etc.. and damage to my brand new bike. They have not responded to a single email since Monday...it is now Friday. All I wanted was a phone call, email or literally any communication that they understood my concerns and would work to resolve them. Literally silence. Communication was outstanding until the day I sent the wire, then the polar opposite. I've completed the HD survey which I received this week conveniently and though I absolutely HATE giving bad reviews, this one was earned. Harley Corporate needs to hear about this experience! I have worked in service all my life and receive hundreds of emails a day and respond to every one of them within 24 hours, short staff or not, there is no excuse for this. I need to know where my fob is, when I will see the title and manuals for the bike and what will be done to resolve the damage on this bike. I truly hope this is isolated and not how Greenmount Road Harley Davidson treats its customers.

Great people at the dealership. AJ helped us with unloading my bikes after a long distance move.

I needed new tires on my scooter and didn't really know who offered that service. I called a…read morespecialty scooter shop who told me they could "probably do it but most times they end up taking the scooters to Donelson's for tire balancing". So I cut out the middle person and called Donelson's directly. They let me know they had been crazy busy but would order my tires and once they were in I could drop the scooter off and they would "work it in" to get the tires done. This may seem odd but some other places I called wanted me to drop my scooter off that day and let it sit til they could get to it - could be 4-6 weeks they said. Donelson told me it's prob be a week or so once the tires were in. They ordered the tires, called me and let me know. I dropped the scooter off and they had the replacement done in about 2 days. There was a snafu with the wrong tires being ordered and them needing to put a different set on (my fault as I provided the tire size). Even with that taking place it still only took them 2 days. I had paid in advance for the tires and we had to rework the bill due to the tire swapout, but even that was handled with grace and I paid the difference. They also performed an inspection for me while they had my scooter. Overall nice experience - especially compared to the run around I got from some other places when calling around. Reason I took off 1 star is noone there knows anything outside of their specific dept. So on 1 call they transferred me multiple times - from parts to inquire about the tires, then to service to find out how much service cost, then back to parts because I asked another tire related question, then back to service to talk about the inspection. It'd be nice if they were aware enough of each area to speak to it.

There are was food (for sale--high price), but no tables or chairs ANYWHERE for people to sit. The program took about 45 minutes, outside, in the heat. No water available and again, nowhere to sit. Then they let everyone into the "new" dealership and said to sign up for the new rewards program. We waited in line for 10 minutes before anyone showed up, and then they had nothing set up. Parts were on sale. My husband waited for about 15 minutes for a salesperson to show up, then she couldn't help him because somebody else was in the computer. That's fine. We'll get his $1 exhaust elsewhere Update: We had some work done on my husband's bike here. Thinking about moving to their HOG chapter. The motor clothes sales people were really nice, even though their selection is slim. However, service is a total Charley Foxtrot. There's rarely anyone behind the counter, and when they wander out, they help their buddies first. Also, judging by their big light up sign, they're not very literate. "All makes and models accepted" not "excepted" unless you want them to stay away.

Ah, the old bait and switch--a timeless classic! The motorcycle was proudly advertised for $7,499,…read morewhich seemed like a fair deal... until the grand finale of the sales magic show, where poof! the price suddenly transformed into $9,946. That's quite a trick fee--almost $2,500 in "surprise!" charges. I half expected a magician to come out from the back with a top hat and announce, "For our next illusion, we'll make your money disappear!" If you enjoy playing financial roulette, guessing what the real price might be, or just love the thrill of disappointment, this is the place for you. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and find a dealership where the numbers on the ad actually mean something.
