Below average service. I came in for a 30min massage and this is a summary of my experience…read more Starts off with your body covered followed what it seems like a very soft touch to the body. Here I thought the masseuse was trying to feel around for problem areas. Instead I started feeling a bit unwell with how the rest of this was going. As the massage actually took place, there was very little focus to any areas at all during the first 15min. The masseuse brought in the semi wet towel (not warm or hot) to clean off the lotion off my body and calves. She asked if I wanted to turn over and I stated that I preferred to have more work done on my neck and shoulder blades. Again, I was met with very soft hands. Maybe at around the 25min mark she finally started working the areas she noticed were tight, but for a very short period. Those areas I requested, along with the rest of my body, feel underworked. As I'm dressed and ready to leave, the masseuse asks for a tip. To me, a tip would've been earned if the masseuse would've taken the time to ask the customer if there was any problem areas to focus on. Versus a below average job throughout the massage. Respectfully never coming here again.

When I arrived, she let me know there would be about a 15-minute wait, which was no problem at all. The waiting room was comfortable and I loved the dim lighting. The entire place was extremely clean, including the bathroom, which really stood out to me because I've been to other massage places where the bathrooms weren't very clean. The front desk staff was also very friendly and never pressured me into anything. I booked a 60-minute back, neck and shoulder massage with Wendy. I also added CBD oil and cupping. Wendy was wonderful! She was respectful, professional, and worked in a private room. Before even starting, she asked whether I preferred light, medium, or hard pressure. Since I was in a lot of pain, I chose light. She checked in with me throughout the massage and again at the end to make sure I was comfortable. I really appreciated how much she cared about making sure I was enjoying the experience. Highly recommend this place!

Upon my arrival, I was informed that the clinic was busy. I inquired about the estimated wait time and was informed it would be approximately 30 minutes. I chose to wait. After waiting for about 10 minutes, a gentleman entered the clinic and was taken in immediately. While he offered to let me go ahead, the staff maintained that I would be served next, leading me to believe he may have had a prior appointment. During my wait, the phone rang and the lady said "when would you like to come in? Then said okay I'll see you right now. Immediately, I was informed that I should return the following day for a massage. I find it concerning that I would be asked to leave while others are told to "come now".

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this experience really didn't sit right with me…read more (Actually never have left a bad review until now) I called ahead before coming in, and no one mentioned anything about limited time availability. When I arrived, I was told they could only do a 45-minute session. That's frustrating because I typically get a full 60-minute massage anywhere I go, and it would've been helpful to know that before I made the trip. It immediately made the whole experience feel rushed. During the massage, I started feeling uncomfortable--not just from the time constraint, but physically as well. The headrest was poorly set up, and the sheet kept rubbing against my chin, causing irritation the entire time. It was honestly hard to relax or enjoy the massage because I was so distracted and uncomfortable. Even worse, after I left, I noticed what looked like bug bites, and my husband can confirm,I didn't have them before I went in. That raises serious concerns about cleanliness and whether the sheets are properly washed between clients. Oh!! And they finished 5 minutes early, wasn't even a full hour! I wouldn't make a fuss about it but since the experience I had.... I'm sharing it for others to be aware!!!!! At the end, although I wasn't happy, I still left a $10 tip. The therapist then told me that a $20 tip for a one-hour massage is "mandatory," which was shocking. Tips should be based on service and given voluntarily--not demanded, especially after such a disappointing experience. As I was leaving, an older woman at the front gave me a very unpleasant look, which just added to how uncomfortable I already felt. I didn't say anything at the time because I didn't want to cause a scene, but looking back, I wish I had spoken up. Overall, this place left me feeling uncomfortable, rushed, and questioning their cleanliness and professionalism. I wouldn't return, and I think others should be aware before booking.
