My wife purchased gift cards for me as a birthday gift. Three card, one hour massages, she paid Lilly $160 cash. I was able to use only ONE card. Other times when I would try to make an appointment to use the other two cards she was "busy". One time she did "allow" me to make an appointment. As I was driving over for the pre-paid appointment, she called me back. At Mohawk and Rosedale she canceled my appointment and told me that she had another prior appointment for my timeslot. Buyer beware, once Lilly has money up front you may not get the massages that were paid for. Such a scandalous transaction with this lady!! Shady rip off perpetrated on me and my wife!! read more

Awful! Worst massage in my 36 years of life. She left more than she massaged me. I'm pretty sure a total of 3 people massaged me within a 45 min span, they didn't even do a hour that I paid for. Slapped my back, dropped my legs from mid air. Massages one hand and totally skipped my other. Was burping and yawning the whole time. This place is right around the corner from me and been here before. This time around I had a great massage! The problem was at the end when I tipped above 25% the lady asked me at the front desk to tip her more! I've never been somewhere that a 25% tip is not good enough. So awkward and not great business practice. I will not be back here there is another place about a half mile down the road. I recommend you go elsewhere or you will be asked to pay more money. I came to this place because of the positive reviews on yelp. I didn't like the service at all. Their was only one lady attending the place. I was waiting a long time in the room. I had to call her on my cell cuz I thought she forgot about me. During the massage she kept leaving to answer the phone and attend the front. The massage wasn't deep tissue at all. She was just rubbing the oil on my back. The only relaxing part was the hot stones all over my body. I was only massaged face down. The lady didn't say turn around. First session 5! I went tired Green Massage based on their Yelp reviews. I'm glad that I did. Fast friendly greeting, they accommodated me even without an appointment. I had a trouble spot in my shoulder, my therapist (Suzi or Sandi, I believe was her name, my bad for not remembering) worked it hard, let it rest and returned to it several more times. She even found some knots in other areas I didn't even know were tight. Magic hands! The walking on the back and hot stones were amazing too. She even takes heated towels and gently scrubs off the excess oil after the massage which many places do not do, I appreciated not walking out of there feeling like I needed a shower.
