Juan came out to give me an estimate, emailed me a formal quote which was extremely reasonable. He worked around our schedule because we had lots of doctor's appointments to attend to. We settled on a date, and he got all the work done in 2 days. I asked him if he could block off the sidewalk, because some people would walk or write their name in the cement. He brought some caution tape and used our garbage and recycling bins to block off the area. If you Google it, you should water your cement a few times during the day so the cement dries slower and sets stronger. Juan was a great guy and so were his people. He came by to provide an estimate and it was very reasonable. He dropped off multiple different types of grass to choose from And was very professional. They even added gopher wire included in the original estimate, removed additional trees and broke down a big old planter and disposed of it, which we were having issues getting rid of. After comparing a handful of quotes from different contractors, the final deliverables from Juan and his team proved that we made the right choice to comission the job to Green Landscape Construction! Their price is reasonable for the more robust material they used together with their professional and efficient workmanship exercised. My project involves stamped concrete and artificial grass installation in the front and back yard for a combined area of around 1,900 sq ft. Other contractors tricked us to use their services while cutting corners to lower their cost by reducing thickness of concrete and base gravel for turf, and by deploying a weaker 1/4" rebar structure spaced every 24" for driveway and walkway without warranty. Without further bargaining with Juan, he already provided the best material and installation means for the sake of easy long term maintenance with warranty. For instance, Juan installed 5" thick concrete over 2" compacted rock base with 1/2" rebar spaced every 12 inches for my new driveway! Unlike other contractors who might show up only every few days with a couple of guys, Juan and his team were here EVERY day no later than 8:00am until the project completed. We needed to overhaul our backyard and front yard. We had an estimate from a landscape contractor that our friends recommended and also went through Yelp. We found Green Landscape Construction and through the great reviews plus the reasonable estimate led to our decision to hired Juan and his mighty team. Juan was responsive throughout the entire project which was very important to us and while we had our own design he had also offered some pointers that help put the plan on paper came to life. The backyard project consist of demo existing retaining walls that were failing and took out the overgrown tree. We installed new concrete retaining walls with rebar, french drain for water drainage, new pergola, new concrete pads, and all new plants. Our project started in December so the weather did not cooperate due to the big rain storm and the cold. Asides from a few days of heavy rains, they kept track of the break in weather and showed up to work. You can definitely rely on Juan and his team to show up to work and work the entire day to get it done. Now that's great work ethics. They swept, cleaned up at the end of each day and moved swiftly to complete the project. It was so fast that we were so surprised. We installed pavers at the front and it's great to see every so often people would stopped to admire the finished product and even our next door neighbor had already asked for Juan's number when they are ready for their project. Only issue is the stains turned out deeper red than we would have wanted it but that was our fault for not checking. I would recommend Green Landscape and thank you to Juan and his team. read more

First of all, their free estimate was the lowest of any group I contacted -- one third less than the highest estimate I got. Juan and his guys were always on time, both for the estimate and the work. They followed all the COVID procedures (masks, social distancing, gloves, etc) and were game to tackle anything. I had a ton of junk to haul, a lot of plants to trim and clean up, several tree branches encroaching on a neighbor's airspace... They took care of everything speedily, tidily, efficiently.
