My regular doctor had closed his doors and looked for a repair for WIDEX hearing aids. This facility was close by and the Dr assured me that they could fix my issue. I have them my information and warranty information and she said she'd have my wire overnighted. We talked a few times because delivery was late. I have no complaints about that. When I get to the office finally, the Dr said that the number 1 wire is shorter than my number 2 wire. Well in hearing aid cycles 1 is actually longer than a 2! So after about 45 minutes she says she doesn't have a tool to fix the hearing aid. She is a WIDEX dealer! So she gave me a make shift representation of my hearing aid until she ordered the tool. Then she asked about my Dr in NYC that set me up originally and wanted my records sent to her? Then she gave me authorization forms and insurance responsibility forms. I asked what for? How much is this going to cost. $80+ for her services!!! They're under warranty. The co-pay is $20! A new wire not under warranty is $89!!! This was not my first rodeo! I left quick with still a broken hearing aid. Stay far away!

I was referred to this company by my mother's GP for speech therapy, and the experience has been…read moreincredibly frustrating. The first therapist was excellent, but we were told she couldn't continue because my mother lives outside her coverage area. A second therapist was assigned, and the same issue happened again. Both therapists promised someone would follow up with a solution--no one ever did. Calling the company only leads to a switchboard that repeats the same empty promises. For a patient over 100 years old who needs timely care, this level of disorganization and lack of communication is unacceptable. This company has held up essential services and shown little accountability.

I had a sharp sciatic pain down my leg and in my foot most of the time. I couldn't stand for more…read morethan a minute or two. I needed a cane to walk more than 10 feet. That's changed now. I was diagnosed with three degraded spinal disks. The PerformanceOrtho group were great to work with. They took the time to do a thorough investigation and prepared a comprehensive plan to address my condition. My treatment involved physical therapy and pain management treatments and medication. After a 4 months my pain has reduced dramatically. I'm not pain-free but I no longer have stabbing leg pains and I can walk long distances without a cane. I wake up with a backache every morning (as if I slept on a rock) but goes away after I do my exercises; and sometimes I feel like my foot has fallen asleep for a minute or two, but that's it. I still have more invasive options should I need to go that route but as of now I don't feel I need to. Considering I still have 3 degraded disks and that I do not need the pain medications anymore I think my condition is much improved. All the people there, Drs. Perez & Tabije, Yoonie and the PT group I worked with really took good care of me. I had to work hard to get where I am (and so will you) but I'm very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Performance Ortho, Branchburg if you have orthopedic issues.

There is one girl at the front desk whose name begins with a T who needs to learn some manners and to not hang up when a patient is still talking....disappointing. I will probably seek help elsewhere.
