My husband suffered a major stroke back in 2019. After attending various therapy sessions at different locations we finally fell in love with ProCare. THE BEST!!! I live in New York City, but I traveled to Ortho Sports to be seen by Daniel Pfau. I had extreme low back pain FOR 8 MONTHS (2 herniated disks, pinching a nerve root, causing shooting pain / sciatica). Before visiting Daniel... I got an MRI, saw 3 doctors in New York City (+1 in another country), 2 chiropractors, 1 acupuncturist, and 2 massage therapists. Nothing made a difference. Through word of mouth, I found Ortho Sports. The session with Daniel was incredible. He is knowledgable, experienced, attentive...and cares! After ONE SESSION my pain was almost completely gone!! ...and he gave me a set of exercises / stretches to do when I feel occasional pain. These have also been very helpful. I moved to Somerville recently and unfortunately wound up tearing my ACL during a winter league. Since I was far away from my previous physical therapist I decided to look around and came across Dan at OrthoSports. Not only is it a 2 minute drive, but Dan and Zack are extremely helpful and personal. The space may be small, but to be completely honest that is great. You always have someone watching you and within speaking distance so that if you need help, or are doing something incorrect they will notice instantly and help you to adjust. Although it's small, they have plenty of space to do everything you need. I saw them for ~3 weeks prior to my surgery to get ready and will be heading back tonight for my first post op appointment. I look forward to the 6 months ahead that will get me back on my feet! read more

Dan and staff were a pleasure to meet over several visits. I woke up with a stiff neck and was unable to move. Eventually my hand started to go numb and I sought treatment. Dan quickly figured out my problem and I have been numbness free for a while. If you have any pain or numbness I couldn't recommend Dan Pfau enough. read more

I had lower back pain that I did not believe could be relieved by doing repetitious exercises, stationery bicycle, and massage, however, after 6 weeks of combination of work-outs at 3 days per week I was amazed at the improvement and relief of back pain that I received - I became a happy camper and would definitely recommend ProCare Rehab to family and friends - I thought that my physiatrist would have to recommend a shot even after physical therapy but I intend to mention to her that any cortisone/epidural needle is not necessary. All my exercises were given and demonstrated to me plus ProCare had a very personable staff that made me feel comfortable and relaxed which helped me and encouraged me to strive for that pain-free goal I had hoped to achieve right from the beginning. I happened to have Stephen A. as my Physical Therapist at the Bridgewater location - he was great as far as therapy was concerned and knowledgeable - I would highly recommend him to help with rehabilitation for any situation or circumstance - he has a great demeanor and explains everything - Thumbs up for ProCare !!!! read more

Dan and Stephanie are great they help no matter what they are doing. Dan is very knowledgable and takes time to talk to the patients and help out when someone is busy, Stepahine is so pleasant to talk to and very helpful, however i cant give 5 or 4 stars do to the other staff he has there. Steve and another girl there her name begins with a B she has long black hair and always wear black, she is not freindly at all and has somewhat of an attitude. This girl and Steve stand around with their arms folded when paitents are standing there waiting, almost like its not their job to help get the patient set up, its more important for them to talk about school. If the patient is not theirs they dont want to bother. The poor girls that do set up and give the patients their things to use are runing around. The turn over their with staff is somewhat annoying. Other therapy offices i have been to everyone is pleasant and works as a team. read more
