Temperature for all pieces were right. Natalia and Mel were phenomenal servers and checked on us as needed. The ambiance is perfect, speakeasy style, intimate, and drinks were great too. I'm glad to have found a place where we can park easily, get outstanding service and food, not get the tip automatically attached to your check.

My only complain is that the order of what fish arrives seem to be rather haphazard, and there are times the waitstaff has to be reminded that part of the set hasn't arrived. It shouldn't be up to the guests to keep track of this dishes. Also, I like drinking tea with my sushi, but the tea here comes in a round bottom cup with saucer, more suitable for English tea than sushi. Last time I went, the water was just lukewarm, not even hot enough to properly steep the tea.

During that time, the rest of the party were already eating while I sat there with nothing. No one offered a complimentary drink or any small gesture, just a quick apology. Then, when the check arrived, I noticed I had been charged for an extra cocktail I never ordered or drank. After everything else, that was the final straw. There was no manager available, and the staff could only remove the extra charges. Mistakes happen, i understand, but good service is about how you fix them.
