When I arrived to pick up my food, I was kept waiting while the waitress was difficult to deal with and continued talking over me on the phone. Despite the experience, I was still asked if I wanted to leave a tip, and unfortunately, I obliged. After getting to work, I realized the order was missing the fries that were supposed to be included. I contacted the establishment expecting a simple resolution, but the owner refused to address the issue or even speak with me. I am now outside of the area and was essentially told to accept being charged for food I never received. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles those mistakes says a lot. I paid for a complete meal and expected to receive what I ordered. Instead, I was left feeling dismissed and taken advantage of. Based on this experience, I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this establishment. The customer service and the way this situation was handled were extremely disappointing.
