I filed a claim and my insurance sent Nathan from Ethical Exteriors to inspect my roof. Nathan found, during the inspection a leak around the breather pipe where the rubber lining had aged and cracked. I immediately went and purchased a boot that would cover the existing boot and Nathan came out and replaced it without charging me, said it was part of the "free inspection". Thanks to my agent that sent Nathan to me, and many thanks to Nathan for expediting the replacement before damage was done. Thanks Nathan for your concern and a job well done. Chuck Q

So, we needed the gutters cleaned at our office here in Troy and it was my job to find someone to…read moredo this task. Between the pandemic and staff changes, we had no clue the last time the gutters had been cleaned. Some of them were even coming off the roof! Plus, with all the rain we've had, the gutters were literally taking a beating this summer and needed attention. After getting several estimates, C&G gave us an awesome quote and came out in person to check out our building. While it's not a tremendously huge building in comparison to some others in the area, it was still going to be a lot of work due to the amount of debris that we had going on there. Two really nice guys showed up and not only did the entire building in two hours, but tacked back up the gutters that were falling off the side of the building as well. They also cleaned up their mess and hauled it away from all the stuff that got blown out. They also showed us other repairs that may need to get done in the future to keep the roof and building in good shape. Overall, these guys do really good work at a very fair price. We will use them again and they were super efficient and professional. Thank you C&G, you guys rock! Our building looks beautiful again!

I was not ready to do the roof at that time; but he was able to pull up the paperwork from that time and still honor the quote when he did the work this Thanksgiving. Costa managed the work and finished on time with minimal cost-creep (replacement boards where required, and less than 2% of the originally estimated base-work). My handyman worked with him closely and indicated they were very easy to work with. Overall, very happy with the work... I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to friends or family.

No one was hurt, thankfully, but I had a small hole in the corner of the building with bricks and rubble and over furniture on the inside. Little panicky because dealing with the insurance and making a claim was like jumping through hoops. But they did tell me to go ahead and get the place secured and arrange to have the bill sent directly to the insurance. My insurance recommended this company because they had worked with them in the past, and I had another national name in mind. Decided to work with F.LAX and glad that I did. Two people were on site and had the place cleaned out, dust, free, and hole boarded up by 6:00pm. Huge sense of relief, fast professional service and they sent the invoice directly to the insurance company. Allen was great and explained everything during a time of crisis for me. Now I'm working with F.LAX to complete the building repairs, inside and out. Definitely recommend working with Allen and his team.

My husband outreached to them and NO response. We had a man come out to clean our gutters and looked at that area. The shingles are pried up. The wood underneath is rotted and the top of the downspout is exposed. We have had two roofing companies come out and look at it. We have gotten estimates each in the thousands to fix it. Both companies pointed out separately to us that whoever fixed it that last time (Ridge to Valley) did a "half assed job".....their words, not mine. It's incredibly disappointing that we couldn't even get so much as a response even if it's to say they're too busy. I understand the roofer cannot control wildlife such as squirrels, etc getting in there but I question if that would've happened had the repair been better.
