Tune up was a fair price with coupon, and the new humidifier was priced well for all that came with it. Our sinuses thank you!

A big thumbs up to the team from AIR. I've been waiting just a bit to confirm that everything is…read morein working order before posting this because I want to offer an honest review of my experience and how things are going. In terms of my experience, things went really well with AIR. I was replacing twenty year old furnace and A/C units, and had several companies offer quotes. Our AIR representative arrived on time, provided a thorough explanation of everything we needed and presented one of the most affordable quotes for quality products (not being familiar with the different options available, I did verify the selections/quality ratings online). The installation team came at the exact time promised (actually, saw one of the fellows early, waiting in his car for the whole gang to arrive). They worked HARD but delivered the entire system in one, very full, day. They were respectful of my family, my dog, and my property throughout the installation. Everything is working swell too. The new furnace has a smaller footprint and is significantly more efficient. The furnace now vents through the side of the house vs. the chimney because so much heat is retained efficiently that the cooler vented air needs a lower exit point. The installation of that venting is seamless and clean. The new A/C is so much more quiet than my other unit. Both of our systems come with an exceptional warranty. We also went ahead and got the Ecobee thermostat with wireless controls and that is really handy (especially when we go away for a few days and have that, "Did I remember to turn off the A/C " feeling and having the ability to cool the house down a bit prior to getting home has been great too). Importantly, there are substantial rebates available for increased efficiency units and AIR submitted those documents to Consumer's Energy. Further, they reviewed with me some of the tax benefits available for when I file in the spring. AIR Heating and Refrigeration are five stars in my book.

We had such an outstanding experience with Jeff Hunley, Landon, Mike and the entire crew at Abco!…read moreWhen our air conditioner was on its last leg, Jeff came out right away and took care of everything with honesty and professionalism. From the very first call, they were responsive, on time, and made the whole process stress-free. He did not try to upsell or pressure us into anything and it was evident he only wanted what was best for us. The team worked efficiently, explained everything clearly, and left our home spotless when they were finished. Their honesty, timeliness, and quality of work really set them apart from other companies we've dealt with in the past. We were so impressed with the air conditioner install, we scheduled our furnace replacement as well. This was completed today and we had just as great of an experience and feel at ease knowing this was installed safely! If you want trustworthy, hardworking people who truly care about their customers, this is the ONLY HVAC company to call.

The business owner Tamer (Tim) was quick to respond and quick to schedule. He did a walk through of our home talking through future work planned. Our immediate job of laundry room remodel was quickly quoted and scheduled. Tim talked through the options and was very supportive of giving recommendations. Knowing our subfloor had leveling issues and was creaky we decided best was to go for full tile floors instead of keeping laminate / vinyl. We had subfloor work, new porcelain tile, beadboard accent wall, and new thresholds by R&R 360. We were given the freedom to choose our floor tiles locally. The work was completed super efficiently within 2 days. Tim was on site overseeing the team off and on. When I had follow up questions he was quick to respond. Highly recommend this business and I will be reaching out for future work. Thank you!

Stay away from HVAC Comfort, Inc. Here are the 3 main issues we had with the service we received:…read more 1) Our A/C went out and during the inspection they were concerned the Heat Exchangers in the furnace were rusting and could cause a carbon monoxide leak. They told me they had to "shutdown the system". I took that to mean it had to be off while they worked on it. They cut the wires inside the furnace so the A/C and furnace could not longer be used without telling us. (We didn't discover this until they left and went to turn the AC back on). 2) During the sales pitch for the new system the salesman (Chris) referred to my wife as "Bougie" and "chirpy". 3) Quote was outrageously high: $23,518 w/ 5 years no interest financing or $20,226 cash discount. I called another company (will give them a great review). They helped me fix the wiring and get the AC working again. They provided a quote w/ better specs/brand and it was about half the cost. They installed it this past week for $11,650 and it runs great. I feel HVAC Comfort uses deceptive practices (cutting wires in furnace) to force the customer into paying high markups when they are most vulnerable -- during a heat wave and air quality alerts (Canadian wildfires). There was no reason to disable the system during the summer. There is no risk of carbon monoxide until the winter heating season arrives. They do not trust you to do the best thing for your family and they choose to disable your system without your permission.
