Each team consisted of experts in their craft, who showed up on schedule, worked with minimal disruption and cleaned up each day. We highly recommend Unique Landscaping!!!

Nope - but how the Kaufman's took care of issues was spot on and left me feeling good about my choice to partner with them. Their post-install help has been stellar - answering any questions this purple thumbed customer may have. They even came by and checked on my landscaping at periodic intervals making suggestions recommendations and even taking care of an issue or two that I never saw. And I did NOT even buy their maint contract - Unique just takes care of me. Thank you Kurt and Mrs Donna for your insight and Uniqueness to my landscape!

He was certain to create a "look" and made sure it looked finished and professional. This is exactly the kind of guy I like to do business with and I'll definitely be calling him in the future. His crew got the job done in less than a day and left leaving my yard in immaculate shape. I will recommend the team to all my friends!

I chose to work with him because it was very obvious that he was very knowledgable in his field and was very honest with his assessment. He and his team were very professional, arrived on time and was finished by the end of the day, as promised. They not only placed sod of a special shade-safe grass, but they added a French drain and paver stones at a very reasonable price! They did a BEAUTIFUL job and our side yard is now usable for the first time since moving in several years ago! Thank you so much for helping us solve our dilemma Roland! I will absolutely recommend your business for future projects!

We needed our front yard and flower beds cleared of acorns, weeds and old mulch. They trimmed a couple dozen hedges and two larger trees. They also added new mulch to the entire front yard, and what was fantastic is they picked up and transported the mulch! Three to four guys worked for 3 hours to complete the work, all for an Incredibly fair price and value. I received another quote that was nearly FOUR times what Tulum did the work for! I highly recommend Tulum and we will be working with them on any all future yard projects!

You will waste your money, we work so hard to earn the money so dont let him scam your hard working money. We hired him to get our lawn done on Jul 13th. We paid full payment, took great care of him and his employee, and tip him as well. I am so up set the way people like him made us so stupid that they scam us on our trust for them and now made the whole community bad because we dont even know who should we trust anymore. We work so hard for our money and they scam us so easily. The reviewers he has there I believed in that was his family because this guy a real scamer. We called , texted mutiple times but no call back nor reponded to text message. Now we have to find someone pay extra to finish the job that he left with the money and unfinish. This is very wrong

As any homeowner should, we got two bids on the project. We had a landscape plan from another company that we were able to provide to help with the bidding. Pricing from the two firms came back at nearly the same pricepoint. We went with Chad's team at Oak Grove because we'd been referred by the company who did our existing system assessment (a company that's highly regarded throughout the area) and we had a great deal of comfort after talking to Chad and understanding how his company operates. The installation process took about a week and, unfortunately for Chad's crew, it was the hottest and muggiest week of the season. The laborers were quick, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. There was always a crew chief on site to oversee the work and make sure everyone was drinking plenty of water. The work site was left spotless at the end of every day. We were impressed that we were called and asked for permission any time they needed to leave supplies in our yard overnight. Chad was eternally patient with our many questions. So were his staff (Bart and Chris) who on site. And, by the way, all of the work was done to code - Chad is a licensed irrigator. They pulled all necessary permits and sent us proof of our passing inspection at the close of the job. Payment was super easy. A QuickBooks invoice was emailed to us (50% before the job started, 50% upon completion) and we were able to pay using our bank information. Couldn't be simpler. I highly recommend Chad and his team for this type of work. And based on how they did with irrigation, I would trust him with my landscaping work also. For those who like pricing information, it was $4500 for the job - removal of old system, installation of new including new very fancy controller box, permits and clean up.
