They weren't scavenging clothes, it was things like kids toys that people were donating and other unwanted goods. Two people there were regulars because they apparently knew each other, one being the guy with a truck bed full of stuff. I say that because one asked the other if he had, "found anything good tonight". So instead of this stuff supposedly getting donated, by free, by the goodness of people, some dishonest, ugly human beings were stealing it to sell off or use for themselves. This is not how it's intended to work, and it doesn't work like this. If it got shut down then good, it's easy enough to take things to Goodwill around the corner, which is an organization we can all confide in to do their mission they've set out to do. read more
