My little one got groomed by Lauren, was told Zeus was "psycho" and I left wanting to cry by her continuous negative comments. Jasmine went out of her way to reach out to me and apologize. I wanted to book again with both of them, but lauren made it clear in front of me that she did not want to groom Zeus again. Which is fine and understandable, but I wish it wasn't done in front of me... I wouldn't want anyone not comfortable grooming my dog to groom my dog. Jasmine was kind and was going to groom both of them again...I ended up just cancelling the future appointment. I would recommend Jasmine 100% she did an amazing job with Shadow (Goldendoodle) and made me feel great. I appreciate her going out of her way for me and offering to groom Zeus (maltipoo) I know she would be kind and patient with him. Zeus is a little timid and is sensitive... especially on his feet. I haven't had that reaction after a groom for him until I came here. Zeus is extremely sweet, you just need to take your time with him.

In fact my friend who took my pet to their facility and waited 45-1 hour while I was at work. I am frustrated that they did nothing to reach to me, they advised they texted me on Wednesday November 16th at 1:09pm. That is false information, I did not receive anything text or calls. (I am still waiting for proof) As well they did not have a post posted on their front at the time of drop off on Saturday November 19th at 8am. These owners are only in it for the money, they do not do anything to work with the customers except to be childish and unprofessional. They will lie through any circumstance just so they can be correct and to save their asses. I understand family emergency's happen but the fact they can't own up to their mistake of not reaching and going off on a customer that is frustrating, blows my mind on the way they reacted and presented themselves. If they were true business owners and cared about their customers, they would've apologized for the miscommunication.
