When I picked her up, she was trembling and just wanted to leave. Those wretched women had shaved her belly and legs and cut some of her nails to the quick and others not at all. They had the audacity to tell me "she was difficult and did not want to be groomed". God only knows what else they may have done to her. I have always used the groomer at Times Corner in the past and they never ever shaved her anywhere. I am so sorry that I trusted these disgusting people with my darling dog. Please don't make the mistake I made and "try" this groomer....fortunately my girls' hair and nails will all grow back, but I feel traumatized that anyone would butcher my dog's coat the way these disgusting women did. I will drive the extra miles to take my girl back to the groomer at Times Corner where I know she will be well treated and groomed. The only hard part is they are under staffed in the boarding area so sometimes getting ahold of someone to book is hard. However, when your dog is staying they instantly pick up because they have enough staff in that area. Ahri seems to be exhausted which means she definitely has a blast! It was a little over $220 for three nights, four stars package and a deluxe sweet. She also got a bath before we picked up Ahri. Keep in mind though she stayed over a weekend which made the rate higher. Overall, I highly recommend this place for your dog or cat!

The meh: The first time when I picked him up he was inexplicably wet. Not "I just had a bath" wet, but more "I ran through a mud puddle" wet. Not a huge deal, but what was that about? The not good: The next time my usual dog sitter flaked on me due to a death in the family and I called them up at noon and booked him for that night. An hour and a half later I get a call that my regular (in home) sitter was available, so I called back to see about cancelling. No they won't give me a credit. Fair enough, I understand if they had to turn someone away because of your reservation why should they have to eat that? But this was one hour, and the net result is that I will only call them until I'm 1000% sure I'm not wasting my money.

My other dog didn't get his daily tooth brushing treat that should have been on the paper that is highlighted but his meds are on there and he only got them the first day! They didn't give them their toys either. One of the toys has a rawhide ring on it and it wasn't touched. On the ride home he got the ring off in the first 5 mins in the car! I prepared all the food for both dogs in bags so all they had to do is dump it in their bowls. I did provide pumpkin for my little guy this time and it was twice as much pumpkin than he needed. They didn't give me my container back or the extra pumpkin. His name and the amount he needed was on the container. There are a lot more issues but I don't have the time to type them all out. The owner has been made aware of the issues and has not responded to my email about how she can make this right. I asked that they start giving a military discount in honor of my boys. Maybe $5 a stay would be great to remember how badly they were treated so they don't do that to another poor dog. I will never trust them with my boys again! To your response. Your staff knew that we are a military family and said that you don't have a military discount! Because I asked! The reason the boys were there were for all military reasons! I gave you days to reply to my second message about how you could make things right and you never did! The first email I sent you never responded to!
