Took my dog to have eye surgery here. He came out looking good. He has his regular vaccinations…read morehere, and they do just fine. Lastly, I was taking him to be groomed here; they do a decent job, and the price is very reasonable. However, I now need to look for a new vet for two reasons. (1) I looked at getting his Simparica trio prescription filled at Chewy because, frankly, they are cheaper online, and almost immediately after, Westside sends out an email that they will not be allowing you to get your prescriptions filled elsewhere because (my paraphrase: they insist on getting their beak wet.) (2) After they've precluded me from buying online I tried to buy 6 months of my dog's meds here last week, and they gave me a box with 3 loose pills (still in blister pack, but torn apart) rather than the sealed manufacturer's box of six that I'd paid for. I balked, and I was given the sealed box of 6 pills I'd paid for. At issue #1, I was disappointed. There's a reason we don't allow human doctors to sell medication, because we are trying to avoid a financial motive in prescribing. While we don't legally require it for vets, it seems Westside specifically INSISTS on wanting a financial conflict. However, it's at #2 that I'm well and truly alarmed. Mistakenly giving me a 3-month supply versus a 6-month supply could just be a silly error. One would hope that when filling a prescription, there would be some attempt to verify, but why was this box clearly not factory sealed? If you're going to tell me you can't pass along prescriptions to other outlets because you don't trust them, you had better be cleaner than Caesar's wife. Which means you're not trying to sell people loosies.

After a week we picked up "curry" who had been recently been shampooed and had nice looking toe nails again. They took our credit card and without any hassle we were on our way. Everything was professional and well done. We will use the Westside again.

Listen, accidents happen, I get that. I am changing my review not because we had a terrible…read moreexperience but because of how they handled it. I called to complain about a bad groom for the first time ever, Courtney shaved Teddy down to pink skin with blood flecks. His skin was hot and swollen and he was in distress. My husband missed it during pickup because he was keeping his tail tightly tucked, I didn't notice until I arrived home 2ish hours later because he wasn't wagging when I arrived. I contacted them to let them know that I was unhappy that he had been shaved bald from his genitals to three inches up his tail and was so miserable I thought I should take him to the vet. Courtney said that she didn't know what I was talking about, so I sent a photo. She said she could see he had an anal gland issue that he definitely didn't have during his groom (because those develop in 2 hours) and we should take him to the vet. After a trip to the emergency vet his anal gland is all better but he still has a truly BRUTAL haircut. I contacted Angela about the experience and told her that all I wanted was an apology and an assurance that this wouldn't happen to another dog. I got deflection, denials, and doubling down on the fact they did nothing wrong. I know they didn't cause the dog's infected gland but this HAIRCUT? I paid $68.75 for this. Any pet lover would have been apologetic for sending a dog home in this state. It is infuriating to be told that your dog couldn't have been shaved to the skin or have razor burn when you are staring at it! I thought you couldn't argue with the photo but Angela's can. They "used the right guard, give this groom all the time, he had a large mat ( he was groomed regularly by them and brushed daily) they are sorry for my 'situation'." Entrusting your dog to someone runs a risk of accidents, being groomed can cause injuries. Unfortunately you can't trust Angela's to do the right thing if they make a mistake.

If you're looking for veterinary clinic that cares about your pet(s) and you too…read more.. Then you're not likely to find a better clinic. They even clip your pets nails for free!! The staff here is amazing, Customer service is the best I've seen in any kind of clinical environment. Compassionate, empathetic, technically skilled. I have complete confidence with this clinic and Dr, Gupta. In my own experiences with this clinic, Dr. Gupta has always been spot on with diagnosis and his treatment has always resulted in positive results. And that's just for the everyday care of my house pets of which there are a half a dozen. So I do make trips here on a pretty regular basis. And I have to say this, if for any reason you have one of those horrifying events when you feel like you might loose your pet from illness or injury, the ONLY person I would trust in an emergency is Dr. Sunil Gupta. Veterinarian clinics and hospitals by and large are all going to follow a similar protocol, however, that does not mean they have equally talented vets and techs. I'm in my middle 60's and I've always had pets, and I've tried a lot of clinics...this one is the best I've found.... You're going to love it. And so is your pet... Oh yeah, They also do house calls...When have you seen that before...!?

If you are looking for a dog park with a lot of land, water available (minus the winter months),…read moreand fenced in, this dog park is highly recommended. An important note is that there are two parks here. There is a small dog park and the large one. The rest of this review is for the big dog park: There is a two tier fencing system, where you can open one gate, take your dog in, take the leash off, and then let them run into the park. There are also poop bags in this area, and it is expected that you pick up after your dog. It has two major parts, one being flat and where most people will hang out. There are benches for people to sit and hose water for the dogs. On the other side, there is a small hill with trees in which squirrels live, so some dogs like to chase them from tree to tree. There are also chairs throughout, so you don't have to be by people unless you want to. Due to the large size, it may take some time to get to your dog if you need to so keep that in mind and stay close to your dog if you are worried they could get into trouble. Overall, I highly recommend this dog park to anyone with energetic dogs that like to run!
