Laurent R-T did an amazing job with creative grooming on my poodle mix, Lando. He's had issues being groomed in the past especially with his nails/feet/face but she's gained his trust and he loves her. I have Lauren a theme of "northern lights ombré" and she knocked it out of the park! read more

Pawsh Pets Grooming - Pet Groomers Near Me - Fort Wayne, Indiana

Jasmine was amazing, sweet... kind...and caring. I just moved here and was excited to try this place, welcoming environment... they were kind to me. My little one got groomed by Lauren, was told Zeus was "psycho" and I left wanting to cry by her continuous negative comments. Jasmine went out of her way to reach out to me and apologize. I wanted to book again with both of them, but lauren made it clear in front of me that she did not want to groom Zeus again. Which is fine and understandable, but I wish it wasn't done in front of me... I wouldn't want anyone not comfortable grooming my dog to groom my dog. Jasmine was kind and was going to groom both of them again...I ended up just cancelling the future appointment. I would recommend Jasmine 100% she did an amazing job with Shadow (Goldendoodle) and made me feel great. I appreciate her going out of her way for me and offering to groom Zeus (maltipoo) I know she would be kind and patient with him. Zeus is a little timid and is sensitive... especially on his feet. I haven't had that reaction after a groom for him until I came here. Zeus is extremely sweet, you just need to take your time with him. read more

I took my Mini Aussie in to be groomed for the first time ever last week. Everyone was so kind and friendly, and my Tater girl came back looking beautiful! Prices were great, and they texted me as soon as she was done. We will definitely be bringing our other dogs soon, and plan to be regular customers! read more

I took my German Shepherd (Dakota) to Pawsh Pets this past week and could not have been happier. The person I met with was super friendly and got Dakota checked in quickly. About 90 minutes later I received the text that Dakota was ready. Overall experience was great and the prices were very competitive. This is our new go to place for our pup! read more

We recently moved to the area and I was so nervous to find a new dog groomer for my pup. I decided to book with Paige, who works with lots of goldendoodles, and she was an angel! She listened to everything I was worried about (I've had bad haircuts for my dog in the past) and cut him exactly the way I'd asked. She even texted me personally when his cut was done and sent me photos. Nigel, my pup, loved getting the special attention and lovings from the staff. They also have a pet safe bakery for cute treats for your animals! I always have to book weeks in advance for a weekday appointment, months in advance for a Saturday appointment, so keep this in mind for booking! read more

Sorry; won't be back. Nice people but the dog needed another bath in less than 2 weeks; compared to the regular place - especially noticed his ears. Grooming was disappointing. read more

Was referred her by a friend who raved about them. I reached out via email to discuss my dogs. I have two that I've recently taken in and am basically long term fostering and are very timid, but do warm up over time and wanted to find out their protocol for these situations which they apparently don't have because they flat out stated that they can't groom them. Then I also asked about getting my pitbull's nails trimmed and teeth cleaned because he doesn't like it and they assumed that meant he's aggressive even though I said he's the biggest baby they'll ever meet. Was super disappointed after my friends' praise. So if you have a pitbull or a little timid dog don't bother they can't seem to be bothered. I'll add that they did respond again about the little dogs but insulted my intelligence by stating that would require an appointment (of course it would) and that they are booked clear out to December if I wanted to wait that long. The response was very stand offish and still made me feel that they couldn't be bothered and obviously don't need my business or any future referrals from me. read more

We had been taking our dogs to the chain stores to get groomed, and when we moved to Fort Wayne, we had tried one and it was a terrible experience. We found this place online and saw good reviews and decided to try. WOW! Just amazing. you can schedule appointments through Facebook, and they respond very quickly. They are fast and very efficient, but do not cut corners. They do an amazing job on all of our dogs, who range from old to puppy. Thank you for all the great work. read more

The employees are very knowledgeable, and the work they do, the quality, is the best in Fort Wayne! I Would recommend this place to a friend or family, heck, to anyone who needs good dog grooming! Along with all that, the lady I talked to was very friendly and professional. RETURN CUSTOMER FOR SURE!!!! read more

Paige did great with my dog. We were very happy with Layla's groom. Will be booking again soon.

Tried this groomer twice with my terrier. They aren't able to work with older dogs that require time. The speed and getting pets in & out is their model. read more

Beautiful shop! Great staff, And Awesome dog treats! Glad to have a shop of this caliber near me.

I give 2 stars cause they say ears, fragrance spray and bandana are 'included' in the $50, and my dog did not receive any of that. Groomer did not even File the nails, which was a big disappointment because we specifically asked for this (and once again, it's supposed to be included) I had my niece take dog there specifically because we had family coming from out of town and wanted the extra things done. I did think the cut itself was good, so I didn't want to give a negative review, however,if you are gonna run a successful business, you have to do what you advertise. read more
