Jasmine was amazing, sweet... kind...and caring…read more I just moved here and was excited to try this place, welcoming environment... they were kind to me. My little one got groomed by Lauren, was told Zeus was "psycho" and I left wanting to cry by her continuous negative comments. Jasmine went out of her way to reach out to me and apologize. I wanted to book again with both of them, but lauren made it clear in front of me that she did not want to groom Zeus again. Which is fine and understandable, but I wish it wasn't done in front of me... I wouldn't want anyone not comfortable grooming my dog to groom my dog. Jasmine was kind and was going to groom both of them again...I ended up just cancelling the future appointment. I would recommend Jasmine 100% she did an amazing job with Shadow (Goldendoodle) and made me feel great. I appreciate her going out of her way for me and offering to groom Zeus (maltipoo) I know she would be kind and patient with him. Zeus is a little timid and is sensitive... especially on his feet. I haven't had that reaction after a groom for him until I came here. Zeus is extremely sweet, you just need to take your time with him.

Please research this company on google, please read the review from Alise B. Then you will…read moreunderstand why not to do business with this company. Moral of the story is that these owners only care to cover their pathetic tracks. They will down grade you like no other. As you can see from the previous review post by Alise, please do not do business for them. They are nothing but manipulative owners that only worry about money revenue. Andrew and Julie Carrier of ACJC Properties LLC of Fort Wayne IN, 46845 are rude they do not respect their customer, in fact they will call you a piece of shit if you try to stand your ground. As picture below in the screenshot. They both provided text in their response to alise that I am a contributor in the negativity in this world today but yet they advised I was a POS in their text to me. Please make that make sense... If they truly knew the story and if they were compliant they would know I would never waste my time making a fake account to post a review. In fact my friend who took my pet to their facility and waited 45-1 hour while I was at work. I am frustrated that they did nothing to reach to me, they advised they texted me on Wednesday November 16th at 1:09pm. That is false information, I did not receive anything text or calls. (I am still waiting for proof) As well they did not have a post posted on their front at the time of drop off on Saturday November 19th at 8am. These owners are only in it for the money, they do not do anything to work with the customers except to be childish and unprofessional. They will lie through any circumstance just so they can be correct and to save their asses. I understand family emergency's happen but the fact they can't own up to their mistake of not reaching and going off on a customer that is frustrating, blows my mind on the way they reacted and presented themselves. If they were true business owners and cared about their customers, they would've apologized for the miscommunication. Please continue your search with another grooming salon that will value your time and respect you on all levels. Than you.

I have used other vets in Fort Wayne on occasions when my vet was closed but I always return to the family vet. My other dog didn't get his daily tooth brushing treat that should have been on the paper that is highlighted but his meds are on there and he only got them the first day! They didn't give them their toys either. One of the toys has a rawhide ring on it and it wasn't touched. On the ride home he got the ring off in the first 5 mins in the car! I prepared all the food for both dogs in bags so all they had to do is dump it in their bowls. I did provide pumpkin for my little guy this time and it was twice as much pumpkin than he needed. They didn't give me my container back or the extra pumpkin. His name and the amount he needed was on the container. There are a lot more issues but I don't have the time to type them all out. The owner has been made aware of the issues and has not responded to my email about how she can make this right. I asked that they start giving a military discount in honor of my boys. Maybe $5 a stay would be great to remember how badly they were treated so they don't do that to another poor dog. I will never trust them with my boys again! To your response. Your staff knew that we are a military family and said that you don't have a military discount! Because I asked! The reason the boys were there were for all military reasons! I gave you days to reply to my second message about how you could make things right and you never did! The first email I sent you never responded to! The reply to your email I waited from the 29th to the 3rd when I sent another message. More proof you can't be trusted.
