They allowed some of our friends to visit the dogs while we were away. Our dogs stayed in the same pen. For two dogs in one pen it is $29 per day. If you do an extended stay they will give you a discount. The facility is clean and the staff is always friendly. They also provide grooming. It runs around $70 per dog. This includes bath, cut, and their nails trimmed. When our dogs get groomed they always look great. You must make sure that your dog(s) have their vaccinations. (Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella (Kennel Cough). You can have your vet call them with the information or bring in copies of your dogs' vaccine papers. Also I would recommend making sure to do flea/tick treatments to your dog(s) before boarding. You can also request for your dog(s) not to be fed the day you pick them up. Sometimes our dogs will get sick in the car if they have eaten anything. They have specific pick up and drop off times. Generally, the hours are from 8 AM-10 AM and 5 pm-6 pm. They are very clear that on your last day of your dog(s) stay that they are picked up at/before 10 am. If you do not pick up your dog (s) by 10 am on the "dismissal day" you will be charged for the entire day. They provide water bowls and food bowls. Bring your own dog's toys, blanket, treats, food. Your dog will be taken out a lot. They will let the dog(s) run around in a fenced in area. (no additional charges) The dogs will be let out 4-5 times a day if not more. http://www.bowwowboarding.com/ (THIS INFORMATION CAME DIRECTLY FROM THE AFOREMENTIONED WEBSITE:) BOARDING FEES: (subject to change without notice) $18 for 1 dog in 1 pen *each additional dog sharing a pen add $11 which equals: $29 for 2 dogs in 1 pen $40 for 3 dogs in 1 pen $51 for 4 small dogs in 1 pen $36 for 2 dogs in 2 pens $47 for 3 dogs in 2 pens $58 for 4 dogs in 2 pens $69 for 5 dogs in 2 pens $65 for 4 dogs in 3 pens $76 for 5 dogs in 3 pens *ALL DOGS SHARING pens must be from the same family. *CHECK OUT TIME is 10:00am* There are morning and evening drop off and pick up times. Please research this company on google, please read the review from Alise B. Then you will…read moreunderstand why not to do business with this company. Moral of the story is that these owners only care to cover their pathetic tracks. They will down grade you like no other. As you can see from the previous review post by Alise, please do not do business for them. They are nothing but manipulative owners that only worry about money revenue. Andrew and Julie Carrier of ACJC Properties LLC of Fort Wayne IN, 46845 are rude they do not respect their customer, in fact they will call you a piece of shit if you try to stand your ground. As picture below in the screenshot. They both provided text in their response to alise that I am a contributor in the negativity in this world today but yet they advised I was a POS in their text to me. Please make that make sense... If they truly knew the story and if they were compliant they would know I would never waste my time making a fake account to post a review. In fact my friend who took my pet to their facility and waited 45-1 hour while I was at work. I am frustrated that they did nothing to reach to me, they advised they texted me on Wednesday November 16th at 1:09pm. That is false information, I did not receive anything text or calls. (I am still waiting for proof) As well they did not have a post posted on their front at the time of drop off on Saturday November 19th at 8am. These owners are only in it for the money, they do not do anything to work with the customers except to be childish and unprofessional. They will lie through any circumstance just so they can be correct and to save their asses. I understand family emergency's happen but the fact they can't own up to their mistake of not reaching and going off on a customer that is frustrating, blows my mind on the way they reacted and presented themselves. If they were true business owners and cared about their customers, they would've apologized for the miscommunication. Please continue your search with another grooming salon that will value your time and respect you on all levels. Than you.

After getting the run around for months from a very highly regarded clinic that's much closer to our house I started calling around. From the jump PVVC was the first place that didn't make me feel like getting someone on the phone was an inconvenience. My dudes ears were extremely infected. It wasn't enough to qualify for an emergency, but needed to be addressed quickly. They got him in the same day and treated him with so much kindness and care. It was great. We had our follow up today and was met with that same level of care. I'm not one who has a lot of triggers, but I was asked before his vaccinations if I needed to leave before they got out any needles. That meant a lot to me. They care about their humans as much as the pets. Even though it's out of the way, I will continue to support Pine Valley Veterinary Clinic because honestly, they provide a level of care I've barely recognized in hooman hospitals.

The staff knew his history and made sure he had plenty of treats and love. Dr. Ben Ealing was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, kind and actually took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. Excellent experience!! Recommend this clinic to all.
