I have to average out my stars for my short term rental. Three years ago when i started with this…read morecompany, i would have given them a one star review. But after a major change in their office personnel, that review score has gone up to a five. James is very responsive, wiling to help and understands what issues we run into. Now, sometimes we might get a minor cleaning issue or minor house issue that the tenants find, but James does address it with the cleaners and it's taken care of. Before i couldn't get any help from them and even had some major conflict, but the past year has been a 153 degree change and we are working well together to get that to 180 degrees. It has been hard to find good cleaners up in summit county for the past 12 years that I've owned a place, but now feel like i can rest assure that my unit will be clean, ready to go on time and if anything comes up, they are willing to help. I hope to raise that four star review to a five star review.

However this is a basic service done primarily through email. No emergency cleanings, they aren't available on weekends (they clean on weekends but usually no one in the office). So if you schedule at least week in advance, they have always done the job, no issues. Works for me. If you want the immediate 24/7 service, linked calendars, etc. you'll need to pay another company and it will be pricier.

Abby is easy to work with and she is a perfectionist - every little cleaning detail was addressed. The team used ladders to clean the ceilings and tops of light fixtures. I have hired Blue Spruce twice now, and I will again! I…read morecalled Blue Spruce after I had another cleaning company do a terrible job cleaning my home before it was going on the market to sell. The Blue Spruce Maids did a great job, especially in comparison to who was there before them. After some additional construction, I called them to come out again and clean up the mess/dust left by the construction. **WOW!** The crew was Alisha, Eileen, Brittney, and Shannon and they did a fantastic job. They even let me know that there was a high window that they couldn't reach and so they scheduled a time to come back later and bring an extension to make sure that one was cleaned as well. That is customer service at its best! Even my realtor was impressed with the job they did, and she hires a lot of different cleaning companies. Once I am settled in my new house, I will be calling again. Thanks Blue Spruce Maids!

We use Blue Spruce Maids on a continuous cleaning service schedule and overall it's been great!…read moreShoutout to Rebecca specifically as she does a really thorough job and it's clear she cares about the work. One small note: the arrival time isn't always perfectly consistent and sometimes the cleaners show up a bit earlier or later than expected. That said, I appreciate that they text an estimated ETA, so it's never a total surprise and I can plan around it. Pricing is $65 per labor hour (minimum pricing $195), which felt fair to us for the quality of the clean. Overall would recommend, especially if you can get Rebecca!
