I had my cleaning yesterday and I am extremely unhappy. I wish I could give negative stars. Even the areas they did clean were only half cleaned (toilet still dirty in corners and edges, sink still has hard water stains) and they also ignored obvious things that should have been cleaned, such as the wall above the garbage can. To add insult to injury, they placed items full of mold into our bed instead of alerting me to the items so I could instruct them to throw them away. I contacted the business owner and he was dismissive. I will never use this company again and advise others to avoid it at all costs. read more

Purchased two Living Social vouchers for house cleaning from Green Cleaning Technologies; one for my daughter (smaller home ) and one for myself (larger 2 story home). We decided to try and set up the cleanings for the day before a large event at our two homes (we live next door to each other with a combined back yard). Making the appointment was seamless; the gentleman we both talked to was happy to set up the cleaning for the date and do the two houses back to back. We were both very excited that we could have our houses cleaned prior to the event. On the day of cleaning, the cleaning team was scheduled for a 4pm start, but arrived closer to 5 (there was a phone call, though, to let us know). We had a team of two cleaners, who brought their own vacuum and cleaning supplies. My daughter was pleased with the job they did at her house-- they vacuumed, cleaned 2 bathrooms (one was fairly clean already), dusted, and cleaned the kitchen. She was happy with the results; items were moved and dusted, kitchen all cleaned, etc. They came over to my home and got started there. I asked them to vacuum (but not dust) 3 of the 4 rooms upstairs, and clean both upstairs bathrooms, vacuum one of the two bedrooms downstairs, the dining room, (small) living room, and a larger added room in the back, as well as cleaning the downstairs bath and the kitchen. I also asked them to steam (with my steam unit) the kitchen floor rather than some other cleaning method. I was very happy with the upstairs cleaning and the downstairs vacuuming. They managed to get some stains (hair color) out of the upstairs shower and downstairs bath, which were spotless. The kitchen, however, was not really cleaned as well as it could have been. It didn't appear that they had moved items off the counter before cleaning; it basically looked as though they had wiped around everything. They also did not clean any of my appliances (the fronts, I didn't expect to have them clean inside), nor did they wipe down the obvious stains on some of my white kitchen cabinets. It almost seemed like they ran out of steam once they got to the kitchen, unfortunately, that was the main thing I was interested in having done (besides the bathrooms). The two ladies who came out were very nice and friendly, so that was a plus. Overall, I was ok with the cleaning service, but not wowed. I might use them again with another Living Social, but would be much more clear about where to focus their time and energy. read more

Here's the deal: my friend took a whole day off to wait for this service to show up. She and her housemates had made an appointment for 8 AM. Green Cleaning Technologies said they'd be at her house between 8 and 11. Well, they rescheduled for "12 PM to 1 PM" on short notice, despite her insisting she had to be out of the house by 4. By 1:40, there was still no sign of them, and no word from them to explain their continued lateness. Frustrated, she called and cancelled the service altogether. "But, hey," you may ask, "you didn't order this service for yourself. Why do you care enough to write a Yelp review, filled with such colorful narrative techniques and dialogue?" Two reasons: One, my friend is a true princess. Like, I'm surprised she didn't just poke her head out the window and sing a three-bar melody to summon little woodland creatures to do the cleaning for her. That's how much of a princess she is. And I don't take kindly to people wasting her time. Two, since Green Cleaning Technologies decided not to show up, for reasons that still elude me, they made my friend wait at home (effectively making her day off pointless). This friend and I had made plans to get lunch in the middle of the day, and I worked from home to accommodate that plan. Obviously, since she was cooped up at home all day, we didn't make the reservation. That's right. In a stunning show of non-communication, this company managed to waste not only my friend's time, but the time of a person who wasn't even their customer! Amazing. Yo, Green Cleaning Technologies: When people pay for a service up front, they usually expect to get what they pay for. Enough Yelpers have complained about your tardiness and lack of communication that you might want to start taking note. Maybe. Just a thought. read more

I ended up not using this company, I'm a business owner and do construction services, for one project I needed deep carpet cleaning just in a master bedroom. I was told $40 and after they went to give me a free estimate I was told $90 to do a "deep cleaning" although the price seemed higher than I would expect, what happened next was totally unexpected. I needed it done on Saturday and was told they are off and can either do it Friday or Sunday, as no one would be able to arrange that...I said I would get back after I figure out my schedule and I got via text a "finger flipping me" emoji...as it may be a fluke or accident I asked....are you flipping me? And i got (2) more flipping fingers. Totally unprofessional, unesessary and the only thing they have assured with this attitude as that I will NOT ever use them for anything. read more

I have been using this company for a couple months now. They have done a great job and their price is very good. I will continue to use their service and recommend them to others. Couple things I really like that is different from my prior cleaning company, one, they use their own supplies and vacuum ....with a prior cleaner I had to provide some of my own supplies. Horrible experience! They called 30 mins before the appointment and rescheduled for next day. The next day, they claim it was just an appointment for an estimate and not cleaning when in fact I had already paid for living social and filled out the relevant information on their website for the cleaning service. The third time they arrived 30 mins earlier than appointment and expected me to come home asap. They were complaining to me on phone that I was making them wait when I was not at fault for them coming earlier than expected. Cleaning was also unsatisfactory. read more

Wow!!! I have been in and out of cleaning agencies for the better part of 10 years. These guys are by far the best I have used, on several levels. As I am in Real Estate, I decided to give them a try for one of the homes I was renting out, The place originally was very dirty, but looked brand new, and was move in ready when they finished! I decided to use them for my personal residence, and again they were fantastic. Their prices are very reasonable, they use their own products, and they get the job done. I will be recommending these guys to all my clients, friends, and family, and I will be using them regularly for my Real Estate business as well as my personal residence. DO NOT USE Can't comment on their ability to clean, because they don't show up! Absolutely horrible customer service and they don't give a damn. I took a 1/2 day off work because they only clean on Mondays (are you kidding me?!?) which was my first clue that the living social coupon was a sham and they can't handle the volume associated with it. Scheduled at 1pm, they said would arrive between 1-2pm. 230 comes around, guess who hasn't arrived or even called?? I call the main number and get the "mgr" who says "let me see where they are". 30 mins later I get a call back, they are running behind will be another 45 mins... Right because I have nothing better to do except lose a half day of pay. Roll on up to 430 now 3.5 hours late, guess who still has never bothered to call me or keep me in the loop where the team is? So I again call the "Mgr", and again it's "let me see where they are". Despicable business and I will post as many negative reviews on as many sites as possible. Stay away at all costs!! read more

On the plus side: They were able to change my appointment time easily. They did a great job cleaning the bathroom. Unfortunately: It can be hard connecting with them. I had asked for either e-mail or text verifying cleaning fee but never got it. They arrived an hour later than scheduled, but maybe that's because of the change we made. FYI, "Green" is just a marketing label. Their chemicals are not "non toxic" Because I was moving, I set a refurbished antique chest of drawers on street to either sell or give away, as I had to leave the property without stuff sitting around. The cleaning lady wanted the chest of drawers, so she tried to put it in her car. It was too big. She assured me she wanted it, and kept one of the drawers only. Sadly, she never picked up the furniture and never returned the drawer, so I was left with a damaged piece of furniture sitting there! A company is only as good as it's employees, so I wouldn't hire them again. read more

Rafael Diaz and his team are amazing. My kitchen floor is white tile and the grout has turned a dark grey over the years. They cleaned the floor (and the grout) so well that if it hadn't been for some cracks that have been there for years, I would have said that I had a brand new floor installed. I was floored (no pun intended) with the quality of the cleaning job. The rest of my house also looked amazing. I have had several house cleaners over the years, and hands down Green Cleaning Technologies is the best. I will never use anyone else. read more

This crew was very detail-oriented. They dusted in the upper Corners near the ceiling; they cleaned the windowsills above the window and below the window. The two ladies worked for over four hours( it was only for 2-3hr cleaning session). They did a wonderful job, They were dedicated to their task and went the extra mile. I know I rated this cleaning company as excellent however, I need to change my review. Here is why I don't recommend this company for your house cleaning. We had them coming in every 3 weeks for cleaning job in our house and I scheduled with the owner Rafael for a regular service. However, on their 2nd visit they were putting us at the very end of the day around 5 pm. Even though, I communicated that with them and mentioned that we come home around 6 pm and we prefer to not be bothered by this. Also they didn't show up on our 3rd day for our service and I had to call Rafael (the owner) multiple times and he kept changing his responses. They are really the worse in terms of time management and professionalism. Last time when they finally came to our house we noticed that they broke several things in our house and they didn't tell us anything they just put all the broken items on a table. They broke earphone pieces, wine glass, and phone adopters. The owner or associates didn't tell us anything. We cancelled our service! The owner could be very misleading; he comes as very professional in the beginning but he is master in lying, changing his words and being dishonest. I don't recommend this company to anyone. read more

I was surprised to see all the wonderful reviews for this company. That was NOT my experience at all. I purchased (2) Groupons from them for 2 cleanings plus 2 cleaning for my daughter. They arrived as scheduled for the first cleaning for both homes. However, for the 2nd cleaning they never showed up or would NOT answer my calls or return my VM. Once they found out that I just wanted the Groupon deal and not ongoing service they stood me up! On the day of my 2nd scheduled cleaning they just did not show up and when I spent all day waiting for them I was mad. I made 5 calls to try to reschedule or find out what happen and they just would not call me back. I contacted Groupon and they refunded 1/2 of my cost since I did receive 1 or the 2 cleanings. As far as the work they did on the 1st cleaning it was OK, not great but OK. They said my house was already clean when they arrived so I asked them to clean window sills, light switches, fans & blinds. They arrived with 3 people and were to be here 2 hours. They only stayed for just over an hour and didn't do the items I had asked them to do. I wouldn't use this service again. I'm still looking for a quality cleaning service that is reliable and this wasn't it! read more

The thing I love the most is I come home after they have been to clean my house....I can tell it is cleaned to perfection but I do not smell the clean. The products that Rafael uses are professional, they work and they do not smell of strong chemical. I used their service twice and when I called them for a third visit they never showed up. After a couple of months I called them again, spoke to the owner and tried to schedule cleaning, he assured me they'd come out the following Saturday and that they'd call before they arrived. Apparently these guys are only good for cleaning empty buildings where there is no furniture to move around and no need to do dusting. I was told by the manager that my windows will get cleaned (other cleaners don't normally offer this service), and in general I will be surprised. Yes I was surprised because my house was simply a disaster after they were done. They left so much work for me to finish that I had to call my friends to come and help me out with cleaning. The floor was not cleaned after vacuuming for the longest time. Windows were absolutely not touched (visible dust and some stains on windows and curtains). My kitchen area was not any different than before. (Dirty dishes in the sink and dirty oven) One of the ladies even left some hair behind in the master bathroom for me to clean. I took before and after pictures and the result was really SURPRISING. I could see the same stains and even clutter in some areas (both upstairs and downstairs). There were four of them and they didn't do a good job anywhere close to the lady I used to hire before. In comparison they were also overpriced. In general their appeal was not professional. First, they arrived about half an hour late. One of the ladies was wearing a white T-shirt where she had spilled food on it. She also had her 3-4 year old child with her who was terrified by my dog. I had to call the manager to send me another team which took them about half an hour to arrive. If I could I would give zero stars for their services read more

Rafy and his team of 3 cleaning ladies cleaned up my rental unit back in April and the overall experience was satisfactory. Price was reasonable for a move-out cleaning (including windows and patio). Although the crew missed wiping down the window screen to the patio, but Rafy quickly cleaned it after it was pointed out to him. It could have easily taken me more than a day to accomplish what they did in just 1.5 hours, really efficient crew. read more

I set up an appointment with Rafael Diaz about 2 weeks ago. I was told a team would be by between 2:30-3:30 today. I left work early and paid for childcare (kids had to be picked up from their different schools, etc.) so that I wouldn't be late to meet them at my home. I waited until just after 4pm before calling to find out why no one had arrived (or bothered to call). Rafael said he would look into in and call me back within the next 15 minutes (no apology was offered). He did not phone me back as promised. After waiting another 20 minutes I phoned him (still no apology), so that he could update me with "the cleaning crew is still working on a home and won't be done for another 45 minutes." I wonder what would have happened if I was the one who was 45 minutes late to meet the cleaning crew and hadn't bothered to call or so much as apologize! I lost work time, paid for childcare, made arrangements, etc. and for nothing! Ridiculously poor customer service. It's hard to believe this company has a good rating...based on my experience, I have to wonder if they are legitimate ratings... read more
