I had the exact same experience as another reviewer on here. Spent $180 for a horrible cleaning job. They didn't vacuum, wash walls, anything. They cleaned the windows, sinks, and I think that is it. When I complained, all I got was a $30 credit. They are also trying to charge me for a "lock out fee" when they set up a recurring visit (which was very unclear). They even said that sending reminders "would cost too much time in the office." Nice cleaners doesn't make up for the fact that they are terrible at their job! Also, this is a "new" user created Yelp page for this company. They took down their official one. Shady company, do not use. read more

Meh- not worth the rates they charge. I ended up with a pretty clean kitchen, but the living room that we'd hired them to clean was untouched. Disappointing and expensive. That said, the cleaning guy they sent was nice, and showed up on time. read more

I've used Green Cleaning off and on over the course of the past few years. In prior years they've done a great job for a mid-range price. This go-around however was a different story. Whether it was incomplete service, scheduling issues, or billing screw ups, there was always something (and the price wasn't great either). I set up for a deep clean followed by a regular bi-weekly schedule and I ended up cancelling and finding another company out of sheer dumbfounded frustration with how incompetent they proved to be on just about every front. I'm filing them under 'used to be good, not anymore'. Save yourself the aggravation and look elsewhere. read more

My own fault for not checking Yelp first. I wish I could post the pictures I took, clumps of cat hair, dust and dead bugs. This is after their so called "deep cleaning" service. When I sent them the pictures and expressed my discontent, they offered me a $30 credit. This is after I paid $180 for barely any cleaning. Like some of the previous reviewers mentioned, I too should have checked on Yelp first. I too spent 180.00 for a terrifically meh job. In 3.5 hours they cleaned an already tidy bed and bath and straightened some papers on a desk. I asked them to sweep, mop and dust the living room - absolutely nothing was touched. They sent me a follow up email asking about how I liked the service and I told them I was unhappy and why. I never heard back from them. My advice, use a different service and save yourself time and money. read more

Even my husband loves these people. We have never used a cleaning service before, I hurt my back and couldn't do the job. They came in, did better than I could, were nice and pleasant. Understood that we have a lot of little 'nic-knacks, and really wasn't that concerned about them as the quote - company ready that I wanted. It's this week work on this and leave that alone - they can do - next week normal - next I just really like these guys! read more

I received my statement today and I have held back my concerns waiting for the bill. In a email they stated my kitchen was cleaned and that the two full baths upstairs were cleaned. However, the kitchen floor was clearly not cleaned and the second bathroom upstairs was also not clean. Considering how many hours were authorized and provided (8.5) I am shocked at the service. I will not be using these cleaners in the future. I admit that the one bathroom shower needed serious attention but the rest of my house did meet their description of "so-so to dirty" as I described it and the passive agressive re-sending of their descriptions of level of cleanliness the day of cleaning was both frustrating and disrespectful. I find that appalling that their cleaners were so worried about not having enough time to clean the entire house, yet they still took the time to fold EVERY (even rolls on the counter?!?!) roll of toilet paper into little triangles with lavender sprigs. This is such an utter waste of time and the fact that I paid for that when they could have been mopping is ridiculous. The man who was part of the cleaning team was friendly and prompt but he should go work for a better company this company is terrible! read more

This company should not be in the cleaning business. My tenants had called them because they specialize in move outs. After three separate visits and $450 later, we finally gave up on this company and cleaned the rental ourselves. As a move out cleaning, the apartment should have been spotless. This is just a few of the things that were unbelievable for a company that specializes in "move outs"; left dust around most of the trim, did not fully vacuum, did not vacuum out the window casings (for $450??), cleaned the shelves but did not wipe down the sides of the shelving, flushed paper towels down the toilet, did not mop or sweep out under any appliance, mopped the kitchen but left dirt around the entire perimeter of the kitchen floor. Unfortunately our tenants were the ones who had to pay this outrageous amount for the quality of cleaning they got but it delayed us a little over 1 week in renting out our unit while we had to have them come back and then finishing ourselves. read more
