I am very pleased with the crown I received from Parc Village Dental. This is a great business to…read morego to for dental services as they are professional, meticulously clean and personable. I actually enjoyed my visit both times I went in preparation for the crown. It was really comfortable at the office and I felt right at home with everyone there. The explanations of what was transpiring while under their care were easy to understand and appreciated. The time taken to make sure I liked the color match of the crown was sincere and I felt I could reject the crown at any point if I wasn't satisfied. This helped me feel at ease. While this visit was quite a few months ago the crown looks great and natural. No one I know has noticed the difference which means it "fits" right in! Thanks for your services. Sincerely, Matthew J Hinnendael

Dr.Hein is superior, friendly, and always has top notch equipment and his facility is always sparkling as if you were at the spa. His care for myself and entire family has always been kind and compassionate. My sister lives in Milwaukee and still agrees we'll never find another dentist like Dr.Hein. After working in dental you definitely see how many doctors treat their patients and staff, make a treatment plan, and how sincere they really are. Dr.Hein has blown all of those areas out of the water. I highly recommend him and his hygiene staff if you are in need of a new dentist.

I was given an appointment to talk about all the work I needed done even though I had just seen my old dentist (that retired) 6 months before and I didn't need all the work that was recommended at this place. I said I was going to get a second opinion and Dr Van Miller sent me an email cancelling my next appointment and dismissing me from her care.

I upped my rating to 1 star because there was no numbers lower. This place is a MESS! Desk staff…read moresaid what was to be done is not covered by insurance. I said I had already checked and it is covered. They said it never is and has to be paid upfront. Paid upfront. Went in for the checkup. They said I would probably need 4 root canals - before I even opened up my mouth! Eventually left, telling them I would not be proceeding under their care. Insurance then DID cover the visit, just as they said they would. Waited for reimbursement from the Timbercreek circus. Nothing. Called and said I need reimbursement. They said they had issued reimbursement. I said no they have not. They said they would check and call back. To my complete astonishment, they DID call back... and said something had gone wrong with the reimbursement transfer - that had happened a month earlier, but did not get a call from them until I called. If this is the last dentist office on earth, knock your teeth out and finish off your days eating soup.

This is the message I received today: Good Morning Matthew, We have you scheduled for a dental appt tomorrow at 4pm to look at your veneer. We only have a short amount of time for that appt, however, we do have an opening at 10:40am with more time to evaluate/fix the veneer. Please call our office at 920-437-3376 to let us know if this works for you.  Are you kidding me!? The day before my appointment and suddenly there is a "short amount of time"? This is very unprofessional. I can't rearrange my schedule at the drop of a hat. Wouldn't this be known (amount of time needed) when the appointment was made considering they knew EXACTLY what was being addressed in the first place!? Having no crown at all for two weeks has not been easy or entirely painless either. I could have made an appointment with a reputable company and not wasted my time here. Now I will have to find somewhere else and wait all over again to get this done! Thanks for absolutely nothing. I got an appointment at Parc Village Dental the same week I called them. They did a stellar job and had enough time for me, no last minute excuses either. I'm glad I went here instead since they know how to schedule enough time for an appointment and keep it. Thank you Parc Village for being professional and responsible. I appreciate my time being respected. You have my business and I will recommend you over Oral health to everyone I know!

We moved to the De Pere area and needed a dentist for my family. I chose this one because it was…read moreclose to my child's school and looked nice. My teeth are beautiful, but a few things needed to be done, including replacing a few fillings. After two of the fillings were replaced, I had severe pain, so I informed them about it. They said it was "nothing," and the X-rays were good. The pain persisted, waking me up in the middle of the night and hurting every time I ate a meal. It hurt and hurt and hurt. During a teeth cleaning, the hygienist informed Dr. Kraft that there was swelling under one of the teeth she had put a filling in. Dr. Kraft filed down the top ridge of the tooth and said it would be better, but it never got better. An abscess formed and became infected before I knew it was an abscess. I went to another dentist in the area, and he informed me that the tooth died because the drilling was too deep and drilled into the pulp. I was not listened to and left in pain for a long time by her. The dentist sent me to an endodontist to see about a root canal, but it was too late- the tooth was infected, and there was too much damage. Due to her carelessness and lack of skill, the tooth died and was damaged. The endodontist just kept saying how bad the dental care I received was, and he even asked, "Who did this to you? I want their name and address!" I told him it was Moira Kraft on Broadway in De Pere at De Pere Family Dentistry. There also seems to be a lot of staff turnover at De Pere Family Dentistry; the hygenist who informed Dr. Kraft that something was wrong seemed frustrated with Dr. Kraft, and she kept saying, "I'm sorry, you must be in so much pain with this." And many assts. seem to come and go. I'm a parent, teacher, and volunteer. I've had to work my life around the poor dental care I received, and I'm now missing a front molar tooth. Not only that, I have reason to believe she tried to hide her mistake by saying "nothing wrong" and "x-rays fine" every time I expressed I was having pain because the new dentist and the endodontist said the tooth died because of her and showed me the x-rays of exactly where and what happened. If she had been looking at the X-rays and had been a skilled and competent dentist, she would have seen what they saw immediately. I had to go to an oral surgeon and have the tooth extracted, and now I have a missing tooth. In my opinion, I think it's unfortunate to go to a bad dentist, and because of their incompetence, you lose your teeth.

I don't trust Moira Kraft, her skills (or lack thereof) as a dentist, or her poor attitude. I have…read morebased this entire opinion on my experiences with her, as well as information I received from other doctors and specialists. During the appointments she spoke extensively about her personal life with her assistant while she was drilling my teeth, often times not even looking down. I recall thinking I really hope she knows what she's doing. It just seemed to me she was haphazzardly drilling, not caring about what she was doing. According to the specialist doctors & dentists I ended up seeing, two teeth needed to be removed due to the damage that was caused. When I realized the pain was more than what I could handle, I simply tried to address the situation with her to see if she could help me, or find the cause to solve the severe pain I was having. She became upset and denied there should be any pain. She would shut-down the conversation and say the teeth looked fine to her. I feel that may have been to cover-up her incompetence. With my missing teeth, I'm unable to speak properly, and unable to chew food, most things I can no longer eat. How this occurred according to the other doctors I needed to see, and based on the x-rays they read and what they explained and showed to me, was that with one tooth, she drilled into the nerve. This is extremely painful and kills the tooth. When I informed her of the pain she said nothing could be wrong. This went on for months. The tooth ended up disintegrating (because it died) and then began disintegrating my jawbone causing a terrible infection and abscess. The tooth needed to be removed by an oral surgeon and I took 2 rounds, back-to-back, of antibiotics. The other tooth she took a 20 min. phone call in the middle of the appointment and the numbing had worn off causing a lot of pain when drilling. When she was finished the filling didn't feel done to me. Within the coming weeks and months pieces of the filling were falling off, causing a huge amount of pain. I informed her about this as it was occurring, she said it looked fine to her, no reason for the pain. When I found another dentist he had said that when parts of a filling come off, it leaves the tooth vulnerable. The tooth ended up being fractured so badly and so deeply that tooth needed to be removed by an oral surgeon as well. Moira Kraft ruined my teeth which has affected every part of my health and well-being. This could happen to you. When I had my physical with my primary care doctor, you need to update them on any surgeries. When I told her about losing two teeth and briefly how it happened, she immediately said, "I'm putting this in your medical record as patient received poor dental care!" so she assessed this situation similarly as the endodontist. I feel bad because I wish I could have the past few years back feeling healthy and not in severe pain, and I wish this could be a 5 star review. -UPDATE- Like the other reviewer, I also received a message from them that said: "Wow is all I can say. Please identify yourself so we can discuss this awful review." I am choosing not to respond to them because there were numerous opportunities to save my teeth and discuss the matter then. The message came from Dr. VanSistine so at least now I know where Dr. Kraft gets her poor attitude from, she's been watching her father deal with people like this her whole life. With my new dentist I get a phone call the NEXT DAY to ask how my filling went and they encourage me to call them immediately if I experience any pain. I wanted to discuss with De Pere Family Dentistry what happened after my nerve was drilled into which caused intense pain, numbness of the tooth and surrounding teeth, and jaw numbness and Dr. Kraft did not want to discuss this with me even though I tried. I had also made a separate appt about the painful tooth with the filling that seemed like it was failing and parts were falling off and I only got the whole "x-rays are fine, nothing's wrong." Like I have said, I would have liked this to be a 5 star review and to have had good dental care but that is what I feel I did not have. If De Pere Family Dentistry would like better reviews, then they need to be more proactive in speaking to patients like me after any procedure like a filling.
