However, I have become increasingly dissatisfied with the inconsistent care provided by some dentists. Dr. Kaur was an exceptional dentist who consistently demonstrated professionalism and compassion. Unfortunately, her departure has resulted in a lack of continuity in my care. Given my history of dental anxiety and PTSD, it is essential for me to have a consistent dentist. During my recent visit to the west side location, I experienced a lengthy wait and was seen by a dentist who seemed rushed. I have decided to explore private dental options due to my dissatisfaction and upcoming transition out of state insurance. I would like to commend Dr. Kaur for her outstanding care and a particular dentist at the west side location for his kindness and professionalism that I observed with making sure his patient was going through the correct channels for the cheapest rate possible, the receptionist even seemed annoyed and don't get me started on them. I suggest that Familia Dental examine the reasons behind their high dentist turnover rate and consider the impact on patient care. I am leaving my review on yelp even though I got a text asking to leave it on google, you can pay google to remove a review you can not on yelp so this will be on both sites. I want to emphasize that despite my explicit request for Dr. Kaur, I was frequently scheduled with other dentists. Even after notifying the office of the error, I cooperated with the alternative dentists, only to receive inadequate treatment and be discharged prematurely. The recurring nature of my dental issues necessitated further interventions, such as root canals or extractions, and the severity of some cases required referral to a specialist. Not even a year since my last visit and was excused and told see you next year and now I have to possibly have a tooth extracted and it was the last tooth I had worked on less then a year ago, how does this happen.

Please call our office at 920-437-3376 to let us know if this works for you.  Are you kidding me!? The day before my appointment and suddenly there is a "short amount of time"? This is very unprofessional. I can't rearrange my schedule at the drop of a hat. Wouldn't this be known (amount of time needed) when the appointment was made considering they knew EXACTLY what was being addressed in the first place!? Having no crown at all for two weeks has not been easy or entirely painless either. I could have made an appointment with a reputable company and not wasted my time here. I told him I was not numb and he told me I was even though it was MY MOUTH. Did the filling and didn't listen when I said there was something wrong. It felt like the cavity wasn't filled all the way but I trusted the dr. Called back a week later saying something was definitely wrong and I was having pain where I didn't before, I couldn't chew (I still can't) and I have so much sensitivity. There are spaces open between my tooth and gum where food gets stuck under the filling and I can't floss b/c it hurts and the floss gets stuck IN my tooth. They brought me in and told me it's just a new filling and gaslit me to believe there wasn't anything wrong. 2- I can't keep an appointment... They are constantly cancelling my appointments and can't reschedule me within my available hours and the issue is always that "the Dr. is out". Hire a new Dr. I finally scheduled with a different dentist office for my cleaning AND to get this wonky filling fixed so I can eat without pain.

How DARE you try to take advantage of our family, and even worse, inflict unneeded extreme stress on a person with autism?! The explanations of what was transpiring while under their care were easy to understand and appreciated. The time taken to make sure I liked the color match of the crown was sincere and I felt I could reject the crown at any point if I wasn't satisfied. This helped me feel at ease. Dr.Hein is superior, friendly, and always has top notch equipment and his facility is always sparkling as if you were at the spa. His care for myself and entire family has always been kind and compassionate. My sister lives in Milwaukee and still agrees we'll never find another dentist like Dr.Hein. After working in dental you definitely see how many doctors treat their patients and staff, make a treatment plan, and how sincere they really are. Dr.Hein has blown all of those areas out of the water. I highly recommend him and his hygiene staff if you are in need of a new dentist.

She never did. No one called me today either and they close at 1 pm on Fridays. Must be nice. I felt invisible, forgotten, unimportant and it really hurt me. I had to try and get all my questions answered from online information. I go back next week for a recheck and then that's it. I will never go back. They don't seem to care about their patients.

Dr. Janssen is wonderful and works with what I have. He gives me lots of natural resources to use to improve my dental health which in turn helps my medical health. I had multiple extensive dental procedures completed over multiple visits. Dr. Scott created an upper 6 tooth partial, which is one of the best things that has increased my quality of life and created a beautiful smile. A smile that I rarely showed.
