From the moment I contacted the firm (it seems telephone is best), they were clear about prices and professional about timing. On the appointed day, the team telephoned to see whether they could arrive an hour earlier than the scheduled time -- a situation for which I was grateful. Once here, they took excellent care of my property, protecting the exposed hardwood floors, and were also transparently honest, talking me out of cleaning two side chairs that, truthfully, weren't at all dirty and would have required expensive dry cleaning to protect the designer fabric. Richard and his colleague took their time, working assiduously to clean the stair carpets. I was and am simply delighted with their work and will certainly turn to them again, and recommend them, as well, if ever I or someone I know needs carpet cleaning.

I phoned their office, whoever picked up the phone (did not get her name) was fantastic, extremely professional, got me a cleaner a day and a half later. She also walked me through the quote and what to expect day of. The technician came in and saw the carpets said that he couldn't guarantee that he would be able to restore it and would do his best. Asked us to leave for a few hours and would call us back once he was done. A few hours go by we get a call to come check it out, we walked through the doors and was speechless. The carpets looked as if it were just put in, minus a couple small spots that were too far gone. I would recommend these guys time and time again, and in the future will be using their service if my property yearly with the change of tenants.
