They cleaned for abit over an hour and when they finished they even left us a bag of dishwasher pods! They send three people and stayed about 1 H 40 M. The good: I was interested in giving green cleaning products a try and Aspen Clean uses all green products. It makes a HUGE difference because it doesn't mean make your home smell toxic. In fact there's no cleaning product smell at all. They did a decent job with the clean, only a few small dust particles were found. Most places were clean and sparkling. The not so good: price was obviously one as its not affordable for ongoing biweekly cleans. Cleaning products while non toxic did not clean soap scum on edges of bath tub and one of the toilet bowls was still yellow. Not sure if they simply forgot to clean it or if the product is just weak. I ended up pouring store bought bowl cleaner in and cleaning it myself and it ended up white and sparkling. Lastly the team was over an hour late after giving me an hour window to come so I ended up waiting over two hours for them. Verdict: worth a try if you're interested in trying green cleaning services. Not having that toxic smell really makes a difference.

From the moment I contacted the firm (it seems telephone is best), they were clear about prices and professional about timing. On the appointed day, the team telephoned to see whether they could arrive an hour earlier than the scheduled time -- a situation for which I was grateful. Once here, they took excellent care of my property, protecting the exposed hardwood floors, and were also transparently honest, talking me out of cleaning two side chairs that, truthfully, weren't at all dirty and would have required expensive dry cleaning to protect the designer fabric. Richard and his colleague took their time, working assiduously to clean the stair carpets. I was and am simply delighted with their work and will certainly turn to them again, and recommend them, as well, if ever I or someone I know needs carpet cleaning.

Seeing some of their reviews online and success stories I decided to try them out in hopes of getting the carpets clean enough to rent again. I phoned their office, whoever picked up the phone (did not get her name) was fantastic, extremely professional, got me a cleaner a day and a half later. She also walked me through the quote and what to expect day of. The technician came in and saw the carpets said that he couldn't guarantee that he would be able to restore it and would do his best. Asked us to leave for a few hours and would call us back once he was done. A few hours go by we get a call to come check it out, we walked through the doors and was speechless. The carpets looked as if it were just put in, minus a couple small spots that were too far gone. I would recommend these guys time and time again, and in the future will be using their service if my property yearly with the change of tenants.

Some of the items from the list was missed and not all the areas cleaned were as well cleaned as I would like. I ended up going over 90% of the space again. Maybe I have high standards. But since I'm moving into a new home and it's the first time I hired a cleaning company, of course my expectations are high. It wasn't even a very big home too (just a condo townhouse) and the place wasn't trashed, it was just dirty so I am surprised it took so long. I give them a 3 star instead of 2 star because I can tell they tried. They came from another job and it was late afternoon early evening already so they must have been tired. I figured for a really thorough job up to my kind of standard it would probably take 5-6 hours or so. I think they are more suitable for routine cleaning and may not be the best choice for move ins and outs.
